hi, thanks for this great content. Would you consider zooming in on the logistics to use a VA for crosslisting specifically in another video? I wonder about login best practices, etc. Thanks, again!
Great Video, question? how do you keep your ebay info private from your VA? Why would you pay $69 for the website when you can list on the other sites for free?
Go to My eBay > Summary > Account, and click Permissions under My Account to invite your VA's and grant them permissions. From there you can limit their permissions so that they cant access any personal information. And we have found that the paid sites normally give you better VA candidates but you can definitely try a free site first!
They save us a lot of time actually, but that’s just because we list a lot of items a day. If you don’t list a lot of items per day, the VA’s wont really save time with listing. But they can do other things. Just depends on what your goals are!
Yes they do! You can go to My eBay > Summary > Account, and click Permissions under My Account to invite your VA's and grant them permissions. From there you can limit their permissions so that they can’t access any personal information. And then they take all the photos we give them and turn them into drafts!
This is exactly what I wondered! It makes me nervous giving someone password and access to the eBay account. Glad they clarified there are permission setups!! So cool
How do you deal with VA's logging into your Ebay account from other countries? Surely Ebay is monitoring this and could result in your account getting banned for allowing others access to your account from outside the US. So how on earth do you handle this? Just like Paypal, you cant just login to a paypal account in Australia then login to a Paypal account in the USA without getting banned.
@@ResaleBrothers no way! That is too risky and does not always work. This is not a working solution. In the end your account will get banned! I would never risk a 1M a year biz and be put out of biz to try to explain it to Ebay. Seriously, you guys are playing with fire.
All the places to hire a VA are pretty similar. We have used fiver and other platforms to hire VAs in the past. Just do a good interview and make sure the person you hire is capable of doing the job to your standards.

@@ResaleBrothers thanks ! 😊
How does a VA know which keywords and item specifics to use for any given item?
Great video!
Do you guys pay by the hour or per item?
Thanks
We pay our VAs by the hour!
Did you say $2-6 per hour or per item?
How much time are you guys actually saving using a VA vs. doing it yourself?

va's are a great resource
Thanks for the info. So do these people have your Ebay login and make drafts right in your ebay?
Yes they do! You can go to My eBay > Summary > Account, and click Permissions under My Account to invite your VA's and grant them permissions. From there you can limit their permissions so that they can’t access any personal information. And then they take all the photos we give them and turn them into drafts!

How do you track hours if you cancel the online jobs subscription after you hire them? Also what app do you use to pay them? Thanks!
We Just have them track their own hours and tell them how many we expect them to get done an hour. And we just pay them through paypal!
@@ResaleBrothers What are your requirements hourly approximately? You pay hourly?
