I did just what you did on task 2, all the way up to the reservation part. Question though, with reservations probably popping up regularly at a popular restaurant, would it be best to go ahead and schedule a reservation at all 3 options and then go back and cancel the 2 they don't choose? Or would most clients get back super quick?
GREAT question! I actually do make multiple reservations on client's behalf and then cancel tables as needed. You have a great instinct and thanks for including that tidbit!
What about the restaurants that charge a cancellation fee? Also, can you go over how to get clients credit card numbers, passport information as well as important information you will need from them for flight information such as flight miles etc ...?

Hi Erin isn't it advisable to see the availability of the room before notifying the client, in the event that the client chooses one of the hotels and upon trying to book you find that it's no longer available.

You just ensure the meeting is recoded. The tool used for the meeting must be one that can be recorded

On the travel question, if you are a travel agent , can you book it under your agency? Just curious if that's your specialty.
You sure can! I’ve also used travel agents to book particularly complicated travel too (I rarely do this, but it does happen).
