Love the C180, especially early versions and that's a really nice example of the breed. They're awesome aeroplanes. I bet it sounds superb on the climb out, brutal👍👍😉
I love how this fellow was willing to make multiple take-offs and landings letting everyone see the versatility of this aircraft. Great Job Bobby! Thank You Kerry!
Love the 180's. Early ones are lighter and faster. A stock 180 with an O-470 will cruse a true 132 kts burning around 12 gals per hour! And very easy to fly!
I'm loving the camera work. The right angles at the right times make me feel like I'm part of the aircraft. It is amazing how far the technology has come.
I love how the 180 looks. I'm normally not into how Cessnas look, but the straight-tails look great and I guess I like them in a taildragger too. I feel like the 180 is exactly the sweet spot for Cessna.
bugs on the windscreen had me cleaning my monitor too much lol ;) HAHAHAHAAH awesome ride along THANKS!!! :) I been in a 180 for a few hours :) not a taildragger, and PROLLY wasn't as SPUNKY but, sure was fun when I was a teeeeenager! :)
Not bad on speed, pretty standard with the speed kit and engine upgrade he has. There are a few that are in the 170 kt range. That paint was definitely amazing!
At first I saw the aircraft taxing out and I said to myself that looks like the airport I use to flight instruct over 30 years ago. The radio communications confirmed it.
That runway you do a touch and go is about 3 miles from my house. I had to watch it a couple of times and that is the one. The Onion restaurant was on the corner, people use to fly in and dine, but has been removed.
I wish it were that easy. But when a new 172 costs well north of $400k and new airplane sales are measured in 10’s, not thousands, it’s difficult for companies to invest in new certified designs. I believe cost relative to performance is why the home built/experimental market has outpaced the certified market in recent years.
Bobby you have to get out with Trent Palmer and his Kitfox. He is out in the Reno Vegas area. The flying will knock your socks off, mountain and river beach landings. CHEERS Steve h.
For how this guy uses the airplane he'd probably be better off with a 206. Such small tires and wheel pants, speed kit, etc. Not really using its strengths... nice looking "mall crawler" version of the Skywagon! 😁
@@kwittnebel sure thing, this was from a few days ago when moose hunting by Skwentna. Time to show us your Skywagon now! drive.google.com/file/d/1gwZ_l2I2eXqzyHt0V3DEGDiNNYCg7u-i/view?usp=drive_link
No really, dang jackrabbits when they get scared can jump about six ft in the air. My Pop was an aerial crop sprayer and he would sometimes see them jump so high up in the air in front of the airplane when he was making a pass across a field that he was worried about hitting them.
So glad to see a flying doodles vid, it's been a while.
Beautiful airplane. Pretty impressive speed as well.

Man I’d love one. Going for the price of gold these days though.
My grandfather had one in the late 50s and early 60s in Oregon and Idaho for work. I got to ride with him one time.
That's a very cool and beautiful bird! Thanks for taking us along Bobby. Glad the channel is back.
Very beautiful airplane. Love that paint job and the new cowling for the bigger engine. Also good to see another Flying Doodles video
Gorgeous plane & the 360 cam showed it off real nice 🛩️
Finally a new episode of flying noodles.
cool shot starting around 15:00 taking off from the grass field watching the shadow of the plane get small and fast in a hurry
I wanna fly over there. Everyone on the radio is so nice and interested.
I'm loving the camera work. The right angles at the right times make me feel like I'm part of the aircraft. It is amazing how far the technology has come.
I saw that C180 the other day at Redbird. Beautiful airplane. Definitely stands out on the ramp. Good to see Flying Doodles active.
Oh my... Im in love. I need to find a 180.
Kerry and thank you!
I’m glad I’m back on this channel and this is what I’m looking for one day of flying
Beautiful airplane! Wow, super clean. I’d be afraid to do much off-airport work with those wheel fairings though.

Great to see you flying again - away from the sailing temptations!!

Painting schemes on these small planes are so neat....👍 good to see flying doodle video after so many months .
Beautiful 180!
Very pretty 180! I liked that you guys hopped from airport to airport for a demo flight. A fun way to enjoy some simple flying!
Absolutely gorgeous plane.
That is a beautiful plane.
That must be one of the fastest C180's flying. What a beauty.

Dream airplane! That or a 185. Fantastic
Tru a jack can trip up Skywagon? What a great resto mod Cessna. Kerry has a great all around anywhere bird.
Beautiful Cessna 180! Would really love to take something like this to Idaho. Fun!
At first I saw the aircraft taxing out and I said to myself that looks like the airport I use to flight instruct over 30 years ago. The radio communications confirmed it.
Most of the ones I remember seeing at the Pawnee Blvd plant were set up for crop dusting. My second favorite next to the 195.
Another great vid. Can we get more info on the detailer he mentioned a couple of times?? My bonanza needs that kind of detailing!!
Nice video about a fantastic aircraft and a very kind pilot. Thank you!!!
I knew the clearing pass sounds like fun when he said it

Absolutely gorgeous plane ✈️😎😎👍👍🇺🇸
Beautiful Skywagon.
Happy to see an upload, it’s been too damn long! Love this channel
Beautiful aircraft!
That is one of the sexiest 180! Great video.
Cool Man, Cool Plain. Everytime a good Flight :)
Thanks for video. There aren’t enough c180 on RUclips. Makes winter long for me...
This made me realize I have a face for radio and a voice for print.
You did great. Thanks for the tour.
Great airplane and great pilot!
You’re back!
Beautiful aircraft
That is tidy. The cockpit is sweet too
11:17 True! Good snake oil is gold these days because of the Inter tubes.
What a sweet plane!..love it!
Good pilot there
Very pretty plane!
What a beauty!
Very nice 180
i was missing your videos!!!!!!!
That runway was a sidewalk!
Excellent stuff bro
Nice work, Bobby 👍
Nice plane!
Where was this taken? I heard Bridgeport, is this CT? @Flying Doodles
Wtf!! Haha. I was like hey that’s my buddy’s plane! Small world.
Great airplane.
Now this is a really capable ride!
Pity Cessna discontinued the 180/185. Not that I could afford a "flying Suburban" anyway 😂
Nice A/C
My goal is being on my seventies and fly that machine for fun
Sweetness.,.
No pattern position reports or did you edit them out?
. Looks Ike they redid the taxiways and runway?
It's a $250 hamburger now... ha!
Sounds like you have a IO-550
The ratchet sound on the trim makes me feel at home
😍😍
The paint job is grear
The wheel covers are unfortunate. Nice airplane though.
I want to hear why everyone says it’s loud 😉
GA desperately needs new birds. It could be so different.

Mph or knots?
The ASI is in MPH.
C180 enough said 😎😎😎
Why are there no half naked women on this channel bobby?

I will pay you to take the wheel pants off of this plane.
I will pay you for tge wheel pants after you take them off, along with the leg and brake fairings, so I can put them on my plane.

My god get rid of the wheel fairings; this is a Cessna 180, a real mans airplane👍
Real men run wheel pants.
