Easy way to clean shrimp. Counting from the tip of the tail, count to the third knuckle and using a wooden tooth pick, pop it right through the shell and pull up, and it catches the intestine vein perfectly every single time. Cuts prep time by 60 % or higher. Don’t be discouraged on initial attempts, once you find your rhythm you will zip right through them, then cook with shells on for best taste, but remove head prior to cooking.

I put the live crabs in the deep freeze after 2 hours .it is easy to clean . I don't want to be biten by the tongs .
