3d printed manual test stand

W#49. Awesome milestone for my 3d food printing lab/experiments. Thanks to my science sandbox fellowship I manage to explore and put together this 3d printed manual test stand, This is useful to measure the compression forces for different 3d printed items. The goal is to quantitatively measure the force that it take to crush candy thus I will be able to compare and assess different recipes using small test prints. For now I have been using cilinders. This is part of the different processes that I am setting up to create new recipes for my ZCorp 310 printer. More coming soon.
