the 1st movie was definitely way better made than the rest....they shouldn't have even made those...26 year computer animator, the last installment is probably the biggest joke even still..
The first movie has the aesthetics, and they lost those the minute they hired new directors. Catherine Hardwicke did an awesome job, but all the money, attention, and trolling Twilight got went to their heads, and they got new directors for the rest. The makeup, outfits, hairstyles, and the gloomy, rainy feel of the first movie all went out the door.
The first and second are the only good movies because they were from a different director. The eclipse and breaking dawn were directed by a different director who changed the vibe of these movies completely.
I actually enjoyed all 5 of Twilight.

No, it's a logic assumption. Doesn't mean she eats pasta all the time, it just means it's quite likely she likes it. Would it make more sense if they picked a totally irrelevant plate?
Not technically racist, but just kind of small-minded to think anyone named Isabella must be Italian. Also if she was Chinese and they're like "oh, we made kung pao chicken and spring rolls for you!" or if they made curry for an East Indian person... Just kind of tacky and dumb, honestly. Considering they're supposed to be centuries old and so worldly, this was an odd plot point.
@@Kristin2885 However the comment took for granted that she’s Italian, it didn’t say they assumed she’s Italian due to her name. And it makes sense having discussed her origins with Edward so they would know beforehand. Again, I don’t think it’s weird - let alone racist - at all. Italian people are quite likely to be fond of pasta - and why shouldn’t they be, it’s amazing! Don’t try to find problems where there aren’t any, just enjoy the movie.
@@TheOriginalFSword I have no idea if she's Italian or what Edward told them beforehand. I haven't read the books. But the dialogue goes: ROSALIE - "Is she even Italian?" and EMMETT replies "Her name is Bella!"... so at the very least Emmett has assumed she's Italian because of her name. Or maybe he's joking. But even if he is, it's silly that Rosalie is angrily asking if she's even Italian because they're cooking pasta - as if no other people could enjoy pasta. I also said it's not racist - it's just weak/awkward writing by either Meyer or whoever adapted the work to the screenplay.
