does the video production team have any idea on how to shoot pickleball games (as any other racket sports)? side view???? seriously? also missing those close to back line hits, because it's out of the frame. WTF??? 💩💩💩💩💩💩
Bro the average rally was like 3 hits it’s kinda boring. I wish paddles weren’t so hot then we can watch more good cat and mouse than people missing drives or passing shots the whole time
That mixed with the camera angle make this hard to watch…I love playing with a Franklin ball too because it’s really challenging to put it away, makes for way longer and chaotic rallies
Yup, its really unfortunate because singles was super fun to watch and it was like chess but now its all just giant serves and ripping shots. Reason ben is falling off a bit is because he's so much smarter pickleball IQ than all these people yet now it doesn't matter because the power of paddles dwarf people's actually pickleball skill level by just ripping balls as hard as you can.
I don't think it is paddles alone. Sure they are nicer, I have a Joola Gen 3 and it is great, but not so different from my previous Joola Perseus I had before. The style of play has evolved. Players have evolved. If you can beat the best in the world by hitting harder or faster and accurately, then why not do it? The game is evolving and that is a good thing. Why keep it the same old same old? It is fun to see things mixing up and lots of players coming up and beating the best. I like this change we see instead of seeing Ben winning every single game for years in a row.
@@jah.5. They are blaming the paddles but it's not that. The sport grows in popularity then more athletic people play it. Simple With all due respect, the sport is far from competitive. As it grows, you'll see in 5 years all the Top 20 is gone. Replaced by better athletes trying their luck in pickleball. Pickleball pros with some exceptions are not training as professional athletes nor are the athletes that excelled. Put Carlos Alcaraz here in his prime age and he never loses a match, the other players would look amateur. His physical is heads above everyone. Running to the kitchen and volleying is fun but it works because players are not that good from the ground and are not fast enough to get to volleys. If professionals from other sports in their prime ages moved to pickleball no one in the top 10 now will put one volley away.
The gen3 is completely different than the gen2 perseus and its not even remotely close lol. Anyone who doesn't use the gen3 is at a complete disadvantage right from the start.
If you simply chalk it up to "bigger sport now, better athletes", I don't believe you played pickleball prior to and after the release of the gen 3 and joola mod ta. Tennis bros have been around for years. It's true that more and better athletes are coming into the sport, but not to the degree that paddle technology has exploded. It's both, y'all, but paddle power/pop has doubled in the last couple years, whereas the quality of athlete has gone up moderately.
PPA: look at how much we all hate the side court angle? Please consider going back to the normal, tennis angle which allows us to actually see where the ball is landing on the court. THANKS !
This camera angle is not good for singles. Angles are such an important part of the game and it doesn’t do it justice.
i know. I miss the old angle
EXACTLY
How do they not see these comments?! This angle is unwatchable

totally agree!!
great match. Love all these new players leveling up
The camera angle makes me not want to watch.
Oh hey more of this awful camera angle
Who ever said the side view was good for video? Who?
the gender reveal on his feet comment had me laughing lol
Lol got me too. Wouldn't be my choice of color combo.
@@TracyJordan2122yes I luved that comment!! So true…bad look ha
8:53 best ball handoff OAT
Let’s go Zane!
The highlights have the better camera angle lol
The constant "NOPE!" Is brutal mentally lol. Part of the game though.
Will not watch anymore side court videos

I wish you boomers would get over it and learn to move faster. Pickleball is skewing younger, nobody wants to play your boring backyard slow stuff.
Been trying to mimic Zane’s wristy forehand. It’s super nasty.
Angle is terrible.
That gen 3 paddle needs to go. Ruining the game.
The paddle mismatch here is crazy. Please ban 3s trash. Singles is so boring now
So it's slowly turning into tennis. With them starting to stay back more due to the technology of the paddles....
