So I have started reading Surah AlBaqarah for panic attacks and the results have been amazing. They have reduced significantly by the grace and will of Allah SWT. I wish I have done this earlier so I did not have to suffer for so long. But better late than never, Alhamdulillah. I will continue to do this for the rest of my life In Sha Allah!!!
same. I used to listen to music while I worked and had issues with concentration and general anxiety. but ive replaced that with surah al Baqarah and I breeze through my assignments.

Walikumassalam, not possible to finish everyday thogh. I read it daily and try to finish it within three days. Then I start again from start on the fourth day. However, reading it everyday is making me read it quicker so much so that I can finish the whole withiin an hour. Alhamdulillah. The goal is to keep reading it and finish within three days. If it feels like I will not be able to finish in three days then I recite it in the evening also. Sometimes, I also have been able to finish in two days but three is the most.

There is a dua you can do after prayer salatul hajah as well. It’s in the same book below on page 129. Wake up early, pray tahajjut, wait for morning prayer. After morning salah Wait for the time of sunrise and pray two raqat and get out of your house. May Allah grant you a good job.

You can turn on the captions (i think it correctly puts down most of the english speech, its only the Arabic Speech (Like Quotes From The Holy Qur'an and Blessed Hadith)which it shows incorrectly

Something is wrong with me because my prayer life gets worse as time passes, if it would even stay the same I would cope.
snappy O don't worry start improving slowly by slowly and in shaa Allah your salah will improve.
Don't leave salah becoz uve lost the connection with Allah..perfom salah until the connection develops
Starting a formal class to learn Quran ( word to word meaning , grammer, tajweed) even if once a week has helped me tremendously in improving the quality and quantity of my connection to Allah swt.
