So I have started reading Surah AlBaqarah for panic attacks and the results have been amazing. They have reduced significantly by the grace and will of Allah SWT. I wish I have done this earlier so I did not have to suffer for so long. But better late than never, Alhamdulillah. I will continue to do this for the rest of my life In Sha Allah!!!
same. I used to listen to music while I worked and had issues with concentration and general anxiety. but ive replaced that with surah al Baqarah and I breeze through my assignments.

Walikumassalam, not possible to finish everyday thogh. I read it daily and try to finish it within three days. Then I start again from start on the fourth day. However, reading it everyday is making me read it quicker so much so that I can finish the whole withiin an hour. Alhamdulillah. The goal is to keep reading it and finish within three days. If it feels like I will not be able to finish in three days then I recite it in the evening also. Sometimes, I also have been able to finish in two days but three is the most.

There is a dua you can do after prayer salatul hajah as well. It’s in the same book below on page 129. its so interesting, cuz nowadays i see people who call themselves sufi, they like dunya so much
And theire practices have nothing to do with islam strange dances and sings they practicing "bidaa"

How do I find more information on the types of tabayi3?
It’s difficult understanding some words as I don’t understand English language that much. Kindly if possible add subtitles.
