I actually have been begging for this recipe my Fijian Sister Bobbi celebrates her 50th birthday day tomorrow and have been running around for New Zealand custard powder with zero luck. So instead I thought I’d give the Samoan panikeke popo another look n Viia Iesu this silent yet self explanatory 2 step recipe for my second most favorite dessert is now THE BIRTHDAY GIRLS surprise. She does not do cakes nor sweets however she married a Samoan brother and she will ( hopefully) enjoy this as a substitute. I also wish I could whip up the Fagatogo half moon pies but again I’m not the chosen person for anything kitchen related🤣🤣🤣Faafetai tele lava
