You guys should do footwork drills and exercises to make you faster to complete your athletic workouts. I think this is the only thing that could honestly make your content better. I love the vids they’ve helped me a lot keep it up
Could you go through the benefits of the different types of variations (use of bands, 1 1/4 reps, tempo on reps, like 1-1-X-0) and when you should include it in your program?

What would you say the best bands are for a "bench press + mini bands"? 5lbs - 15lbs or 15lbs - 35lbs?I'm on a powerlifting program that utilizes bands. It's called the Calgary 16 week program..help?😊
Depends on how far they are stretched. The force they exert is proportional to the stretched length thar can be expressed as the spring constant in lbs per inch (or whatever units you like) it's known as Hooke's law.
