I’m in recovery from an ED, and I stray away from content creators who talk a lot about dieting and extreme exercise because it can be triggering. Your videos are incredibly positive and always make my day! Some creators talk about how “Oh i used to be so unproductive only going to the gym 4 times a week” and im like 🧍♂️im lucky if i go twice a week LOL your productivity inspires and motivates me, it doesnt make me feel bad for not doing the same productive things as you!! It wasn’t until middle school when i learned that lifting weights and exercise could help me in cheerleading, so i started lifting around 6-7th grade, and then took it more seriously sophomore year. then when i started seeing weights go up, changes in my physic and my instagram kept suggesting fitness things, i got more and more into it! it’s just a way of life now! and there are great benefits to having weeks were you lift only twice or not even at all, usually you’ll come back even stronger!💪 keep going girl! your awesome. thanks again for the sweet comment.

How do you wake up so early? I’m wanting to do this as well but it’s hard to even get up unless I HAVE to for work. Also, how long does it take you to drink a gallon of water? I try to chug the water but it’s so hard cuz then I get too full and can’t eat actual food. (I’m doing 75 hard and i’m on day 3)
that’s amazing you are going 75 hard!!! i never really chug my water (i still drink a gallon a day off of 75 hard too) just sipping throughout, whenever im thirsty or bored lol. so usually around 4-5 it’s empty, sometimes later, sometimes earlier! i drink majority in the morning and after meals and workouts.
i plan on doing it every year now! the habits i do everyday are just my standard, and what makes me feel happy and accomplished, at my best! 75 hard was just an added little mental toughness lesson!
