I've been having them on work mornings cu im trying other hydration methods aside from faucet watervand lemon juice etc - what products would you consider are ''valid'' for hydration purposes??!! (your inspiring me tho watch me buy a gallon yeti jug from my job (HomeGoods hehehe) just to inhale water in the mornings. (I'm a 4/3 am morning girly too)

i think that any “hydration” stuff that has electrolytes and low sugar is great! as long as it’s helping you get more water, I say it’s valid👍
