There are so many options and I think it really depends on the person. For example, I tend always want more, more, more. It's very helpful for me to reel myself in and consider what I already have. I do forms of gratitude practices. I'll write down one thing I'm grateful for each day and then remind myself of that throughout the day. For some people, callusing their minds by taking on difficult tasks could be worthwhile. Check out David Goggins book Can't Hurt Me. Learn about yourself and decide what you need. Good luck.

I always trained and ate pretty well(some sugar) but not the worse. 44 yoa always trained drug free. no steroids, trt, hgh, sarms . my only drug was or is caffeine i lift heavy, run sprints, and do bodyweight exercise. i had no problem training 3- 4 days a week. If i rest a week after 1 month, i come back much stronger. ALL OF A SUDDEN Im tired after a full night sleep. When i train my strength is reduced drastically. I use to incline bench about 230 for 6-7 reps, now i can only incline bench about 185 for 6 reps and im struggling. i feel very sore like i dont recover from training. I get sore much faster when i train an i want to stop. I rested my body for a few weeks and im still tired and weaker like this. I sometimes feel like i have to take a nap in the middle of the day but its like a body fatigue, im not really sleepy. any ideas anyone?

I have a question about the hand shaking, how to make it less or disappear, I don't have a serious problem or case, but my hands I feel like they shake more then a normal person, especially when I get nervous my hands shake a lot more then a normal person. if you have any idea please replay. Thank you for some very important information. I've been HIV for over 30 years I got Diagnose With peripheral neuropathy the in 2007. My neurologist just puts me on one medication after another and I am so over it. looking into more prominent ways to help it.

Great video. I spoke with my doctor once and mentioned that since the brain is made up of fats then maybe it’s good to eat healthy fats for the brain but he dismissed the idea.

Since the pandemic the gym hot tub is closed . . . Taking a hot bath helps . . . . is there more I can do at home? Thanks for your response in advance.
Sorry for the delayed response. This is not common and could be many things. I would consult with a physician for blood testing. There are some supplements that could help, such as magnesium or vitamin D. However, it's still a good idea to be checked out.
@@DrJeffreyOGuinSaintLouis Thanks, Jeffrey, I have increased my intake of Magnesium, vitamin D and Calcium and have gone through recent blood tests with my annual physical, nothing unusual came up in test results . . but after taking the supplements, and sometimes 200mg of Ibuproffen, I have not had any recent hypersensitive events . . . .

Hello, please I feel electrical shots all over my body or like a hard pinching sensation and I don't know what could be causing it and if it is normal or should I be worried, i used to feel it only on my head but now I feel it all over my body, sometimes it hurts bad and sometimes it's manageable (by the way, I don't have a good sleeping schedule, I am anemia, I do workout and try to eat as healthy as possible)
What about if you have mast cell activation?? I'm finding it very hard eat nutritional stuff. Ive lost 26 poupounds since January. Doctor doesn't understand. She says dont restrict my diet...ughhhh

So far I been on Adderall, Ritalin, Dexedrine, vyvanse,and recently on Modafinil. None of this pills had done anything for me . I can take them and fall asleep within 30 minutes. Do you have any idea what could be blocking my nervous system?
