I agree. I wasn't expecting a law suit because of the professional & believable way the Times put the accusations forward in print. She made a throw away statement at the time but she must have been very worried. There's talk of Jonathan Knauff writing a book about his time with them & I don't expect her to sue him either.

I agree. Since the staff members in question were technically employed by the Palace, any liability will be with them. However, if there were criminal actions such as bullying and lateral violence the. I don’t know of the NDA’s will hold in court proceedings. It would be horrible if Megan’s antics caused PTSD or other negative affects in those involved. I don’t know British law, but here in Canada, a Commonwealth country similar in to England, there could be grounds for criminal charges. The Monarchy will deal with things internally, pay out hush money, similar to how they handled Prince Andrew’s situation.
This whole SO-CALLED investigation was NEVER an investigation. This was a smear campaign to try and intimidate Duchess Meghan and Prince Harry from going on the Oprah show revealing all of the UNNATURAL HATE, JEALOUSY AND BIGOTRY that was done to them. How can you have a proper investigation and NEVER interview the accused???, Meghan and her lawyer are requesting tat this PHONY investigation NOT be buried, but instead made public.
Proof, please. Remember, two of the accusations were withdrawn, and there was proof that some staff misappropriated.
Did the two accusers withdraw their statements of their own free will or did the Palace pay for their silence like we know they did for Prince Andrew? The monarchy doesn’t have the same standing and reach in the US as they do in the UK and more and more people are coming out to share their negative experiences trying to work with Megan. If the incidents were isolated with only one or two people then it could very well be sour grapes by past employees who felt they were unfairly disciplined/dismissed. More and more people are coming out and I think the US press will investigate independently without interference or support by the monarchy. We can also look at Megan and Harry’s reaction to the situation as well. If Megan was found innocent of the allegations she would be plastering it all over the place. Hello US. We work a little differently here in the UK. Publishing the report would have put people who contributed to this investigation at risk by being exposed by name. If they had been defamatory against either side they would have been at risk, and their families and friends, of being targeted by online trolls by who’s side they happened to be on, either HM or the Sussexes. We must respect peoples privacy in such delicate matters. The investigation has been conducted and concluded. That’s all we need to know. If it was favourable for the Sussexes I’m sure we would have been inundated by reports of the couple taking legal steps to prosecute. However .. silence is deafening. Unlike the boos we heard after the St Paul’s service.

Queen Elizabeth got an exemption for Meghan to have a full state wedding--that didn't come with marrying Harry. Prince Charles invited the Kingdom Choir with choir mistress Karen Gibson to sing at the wedding (Stand by Me). Queen Elizabeth had Samantha Cohen devote her time to Meghan from the engagement to assist Meghan navigating being in the royal family. I could have respected Meghan if she and Harry had walked away, but they want the entitlements, the privilege's, of those that serve while they self-label themselves anything that bring publicity. Meghan was not even included nor questioned in the investigation. And everyone has a right to face their accusers. Best believe if the palace had evidence against Meghan it would have been released. I don't think this is the end. This whole affair was cooked up four days before the Oprah interview and released to a tabloid, none of which Harry ever speaks to. The only people being protected in this non release are in Kensington palace. Where all the leaks come from.

Those that were bullied or the media, just like everyone else? Not only that, the investigation may not have gotten underway before the Oprah interview, but the Palace released an official statement BEFORE the interview. They didn’t have to respond at all, if they didn’t want to. Additionally, a public statement should result in public findings. Go back and reread the statement, it didn’t state the investigation findings would not be disclosed. They likely changed their mind after the fact, once they realized the allegations were unfounded. Since most are so against Meghan now, if the allegations were true, and found to be as such, the Palace would make it known…gladly! And you know that is the truth. What happens if comes to light that Meghan was innocent. How would you, in all honesty, respond? I would imagine you would still find a way to blame Meghan. That has been the going trend, after all.

All of a sudden the Palace wants to relieve tensions the relationship with the Sussexes . Really not a few weeks ago when the Palace was bragging about how they told them to lay low and only gave that poor child 15 mins with her great-grandma. From history we all know that this is not a family that suddenly is magnanimous. How long did it take to lower the flag for Diana? Let's just hope they can really try this time to heal because even when my mom or my sister is angry at me or I at them we never take it out on the children as we saw with the royal family earlier this month. I could be mad as all get out with my sis but still turn up for my nephew's party. Because the whole world knows when that child was born so making plans for that day was just an AH move and they know it. So this cover up is just another way to not make things clear and leave it murky under the disguise of looking out for the victims and to relieve tensions with the Sussexes. It's correct the way that the investigation was handled for all sides of the conversation I understand that most people have chosen a side and say very unpleasant things about people they don't know in person and are just making assumptions (would you speak this way about your own family?) William and Kate say big word salads at events that basically add up to NOTHING and then they follow up by DOING NOTHING. And William was mad that Harry and Meghan were eclipsing he and his wife's popularity, he HATED that. And ever since William has been trying to tear them down. It's like the 90s all over again "William the Terror". And The Royals do it to any member of the Royal family that trys to use there platform. Prince Charles in the 80s and 90s spoke about pollution and climate change, Boy the Queen was so mad she decided to live another 40 years just to spite him. And let's not even discuss Princess Margaret and what was done to her, or Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie who are RIGHT NOW BEING FORCED OUT!! The Royal Family are more backstabbing, trashy, and tabloid prone than that of even the Kardashian family, and the Kardashians are richer than them Royal Family is only worth about 300 million And that's saying something.

From the start, two of the accusations were withdrawn, and the rest of the dust-up seems questionable. I think if she is cleared, they should find some way to say so in order to stop the speculation.

Research proves that far from removing allegations/complaints the number of people and accusations actually increased. At Wimbledon, Meghan's security told off a man for taking a photo of Meghan when he actually was just taking a selfie. The man was within arm's length and Meghan didn't even bother to acknowledge him or tell him herself.
