With some commentators speculating that his departure is connected to Prince Harry controversy after he accepted the Pat Tillman Award for military service.
Writer and broadcaster Esther Krakue joined Sky News host Caroline Di Russo to discuss Prince Harry's former right-hand recent departure.

I don't blame Dominic for stepping down. Harry taking all the credit when he is just the patron. Dominic and the royal foundation should have been credited. A CEO usually gives several months notice before stepping down. Invictus G has lost its moral compass under Harry and Meghan.

He has been in charge from the beginning. He was a soldier and an excellent CEO. There are also a couple of ex-Invictus athletes on the board. It's such a shame because it is a really worthy organisation that deserves a much better figurehead.

As an American, I am insulted by the implication that Meghan Markle's rude behavior was because she was from our country.There have been Americans who have very successfully integrated into European Royalty. Does that mean that all British people are as dim as Harry? That certainly doesn't seem to be the case as far as I can see! As far as Meghan thinking she should be admired; most people don't look up to people just because they married someone rich or famous. The Invictus documentary helped Harry to try and complete his contract with Netflix to get his $$$$ also gained by using Archwell productions..but how much actually went to the Veterans??? The Invictus Games was the only thing he took away when he left the RF and now ruined that..Harry's wife never should have involved herself and only should have been an observer and let the veterans take center stage instead of making it the H$M show..

Harry has brought discredit on the British Army ( boasting and inflating his service ) Discredit on Sandhurst Military Academy. Now he's brought discredit on the Pat Tillman award. It appears that ANYONE can get into Sandhurst bunk off every weekend forewarned when drugs testing is around so they can make him disappear. You don't need aptitude for Sandhurst as for the Pat Tillman award anybody can win it if you have money and a title. it is easy you don't have to do anything. It is a FACT that the reviewing officer when Harry got his Captaincy said 'This man should never be in front of active soldiers.' says it all.
That is not true and is grossly unfair. The 'real' candidates at RMAS work very hard and go through rigorous and exhausting training to be good soldiers themselves but also capable of leading others. Only certain spoilt brats do what they want because of who their Granny is. No doubt he received the rank of Captain just because of who he is and never earned it. That Handbag Harry never promoted after 10 years of service says it all. He was protected by special forces soldiers while in Afghanistan yet sees himself as heroic.

I am a bit surprised of Esther in this video. She said Meghan is not poisonous, but more of lack cultural understanding. I disagree. Meghan knew exactly what's she doing, and she never care to learn about others' culture. She thinks as feminist she must always come first (even before the Queen and her husband). She must always be the centred of attention. I saw a lot of American celebrities that know how to behave respectfully towards other dignitaries.
