    This Canadian gal is making these using cotton yarn which they can be used for hot pads. I'm making these using various colors of cotton

    Thank you. I'm from Kansas, USA and the sunflower is our state flower. We have a friend who moved here temporarily and is now moving again. This will give me something to remind her of her time spent with us

    brilliant just made my ist one had too many stitches left of brown when i got to end but fudged it ,,i thought i had the 36 stitches but must have had 38 thank you it turned out lovely

    Great video, but it would be even better without music, and instead, having clear, spoken instructions all the way through.

      The music is no use at all. The centre with dark background gets ok for the petals.

    Nice pattern! Thank you for sharing it.
    A suggestion: to be better able to see what you're doing, I'd suggest that you use a light or dark background that highlights your project rather than a background that "swallows" your work.

    Ok the jump from row 3 to row 4 is pretty big.... I did another slip stitch to get to the space then did a "build up chain of 4 i counted this as 1st of the 5 t. S..... Js

    Great job illustrating. Maybe in future tutorials, be aware of you’re background. The yellow yarn was done with a dark background which made it easy to follow, but the brown yarn was on a dark background, making it a bit mire difficult to see.
