Very informative video..had a query...for experienced candidates lets suppose 10 years experience in IT ..in order to enter big mncs is the first attempt marks of btech graduation considered in eligibility criteria or final marks after passing the subjects considered to calculate the aggregate..in my case i was not able to attempt 2 entire semesters owing to serious accident which consequently brings down my first attempt percentage to below 50 ..thank you and regards

Top 500 companies will not allow u to give an interview as a fresher if u have less than 6/6/6 . But after 5 years it will not matter at all . So for 5 years u have to work in small firms or startups or prepare for CA/CMA/CS professional courses and after that u will get a good job if u crack the interview. for Example HUL will never ever recruit candidates less than 8/8/8 in academic profile till 10 years .

Hi mam i got 73.44% in 12 kerala state board syllabus (they calculate both 11+12 marks) 84%+ in 10. So is these marks effects my placements and job interviews in IT MNCs after my btech, also can i get good salary packages?

They don't ask this counting(4,5,6), whatever total marks are written on your marksheet, divide them by the number of subjects listed in the sheet.. Thats all

If someone scored less than 60%.Is it better to go for CAT exam instead of going for placements because they consider only 50% for eligibility?
The decision should be based on the interest, like what you actually wish to do in career, don't choose anything as an escape from one problem, else you will land in second.
Do CAT if you are interested in the career it will bring to you, else get a job that you desire by targeting companies that value skills more than marks..

2014:-Dip in engg:-60.23% aggt :-quaified. (E&TC) branch.
2014-2022:- B E:-Persuing (9 yrs) after diploma. (E&TC) branch .
And I having , tech skils are
1) Embedded system professional courses. From Prolific
2) Hardware network courses from Jetking .
Still I'm jobseeker suggest me what I should I do right now.

The only mantra is focus on polishing the skill that you want a job for, and excel in that so much that during interview, the employers neglects your gap when he see's your capabilities.

There will be always 100s of candidates that will approach the recruiter/company for the same position, that is not something you should focus on... Focus on, what you can deliver, what is your expertise... don't waste even 1 sec thinking what if others are good... that will ruin the whole confidence and the positivity..

"I choose HR post engineering because during engineering I discovered myself, my interests more and I came to the realisation that I have a natural inclination towards HR field than a pure technical role... and I am not the person who "suffers whole life, because of one decision", I believe in sorting out the mess and taking responsibility of my career..... so here I am taking charge of the direction change..... Dear Abhilash, 60% criteria is only for beginners/freshers, its of no value once you are an experienced person, even if you have 2 years of exp, percentage criteria doesnt matter..

Dear Ankit, the training will benefit you if you wish to be in a "Digital Marketing" profile, it has a great scope, as India has mostly unorganised businesses(small), which are offline, and their shift to Online world will be a huge market. Just focus on learning the skills well.

Ma'am I have passed 12th from ISC board. I have 59% in 12th but as the ISC rule for % calculation is English+best of 3 subject and according to this % calculation of ISC, I am getting 60%. So am I eligible to sit in company if I use the rule of ISC %calculation, as I am getting 60% by this rule.
