    mutton500 gram

    Salt 1 tsp
    Water: 5 glass
    For Mutton cook it for 10 to 15 minutes after the whistle on medium flame

    Onion I medium size
    Now fry it until color changes to light golden

    Water 5 cup
    Small Cardamom 1-2, Cumin 1 tsp, Cloves
    4-5, Black pepper 8-10, Cardamom 1, Cinnamon I
    Cook it for 2 to 3 minutes
    Chopped green chili = 5 to 6
    Yogurt 1/2 cup
    Salt 1 tsp
    Coriander powder 1 tsp
    Yakhni/broth 4 and 1/2 cup
    Now cover it and cook it for 2 minutes
    Rice 3 cup (soaked for 30 minutes)
