I met them when I saw them play in Birmingham, they were supporting Warpaint, such chill guys, had a convo about Star Wars got pictures and stuff, was a bit surreal and blurry though, I was pretty high that night, and by the looks of their eyes when I saw them they looked pretty fucked too 10/10 would recommend going to their gig

Meet The Garden. They created the vada vada genre, their a pretty unique band whose first two albums were solely bass, drums and vocals. They started using more sound sfx and other stuff later in their career and have changed quite a bit compared to their early stuff. They are still cool though, they're getting bigger and this epitaph videos I believe proves it. Also if you're creeped out by the video or think it looks weird or low budget then you don't know these guys. That's their whole style. I've seen them live around 3 times here in LA, they do some crazy shit at shows. If you want to hear the only bass and drums stuff check out their self titled green album. Furthermore, rapists can also be vocal about being "anti-rape", in order to hide any skeletons in their closet. The thing is that many rapists say what they did doesn't count as rape. That's why the MeToo movement wanted to redefine what counts as rape or sexual harassment, not just say that rape is bad. Being "anti-rape" doesn't prove anything, much less make you worthy of any medal.
It's ok to fangirl over some band, but the reason for it offered by the OP is just absurd, and what it actually does is uphold incredibly low standards as the norm, rather than help the MeToo cause.
