iirc, it didnt change, but spending xtals on dorm banner is not worth it (because there's too many items/valk that makes your probability to pull things what you want is low) if you wanna pull on dorm banner, just buy and use that coupon from dorm shop, xtals would be better for focused/expansion supply because there's less items and your probability getting them is high btw, summer event gave you nymph costume

Spending xtals on dorm supply. if you guys want one of them, dont spend spend ur xtals there, save dorm supply cards. in dorm supply, anything isnt guaranteed, there is just a chance to be new from 3 valkyries you pulled. so yall should just spend dorm supply cards there. My dorm supply luck went downhill after I while. I would get an S rank like every 10 pulls but now I'm like 20 away from a guaranteed S rank. I did get a bit lucky in the starter supply as well and I got the Herrescher of thunder like 10 to 20 pulls in
Tips from experience : never take 10x pull, I found most of my luck on 1x pull (SEA server). From the latest rozaliya re-run banner, i got roza with just 3x pulls, a week ago i got LE from dorm when the counter is still 98, and i got KMB in 10 pull after the LE
Got her like early without whaling I guess. When will miHoYo give me HoV? At this point I might aswell just try to get her weapon (after getting all HoT and Azure stigs and weapon cuz I have 40+ days left) and give it to Void Drifter before I get her.
honkai impact: maybe i'll not give u a s rank character but i'm giving you 2/3 or even more A characters :) genshin impact: take 1 four star weapon and good luck trying to get 160 primos again

@@remi2234 she's on the SS tier valk capt, Base on the guidelines release by "Marisa Honkai" the top 5 EX tier that cover a lot of bosses is 1. Fervent Tempo 2. Herrscher of Sentience 3. Dea Anchora 4. Herrscher of Thunder 5. Herrscher of Reason, that's the top tier valk in v4.9 update. But regarding if she's the best, Yeah she's still best Valk🙂

You will never get 2 S ranks by pulling 10x once, but you can get 2 S ranks by pulling 1x ten times. Hope u get what i mean
