Hi, when did you take the test? It takes 2 weeks before you hear back from them for federal background check. This process will take time too because they will do an investigation 5 years back of your life. Federal jobs takes time because they have to go through a lot of process. In fingerprinting they will do a biometric test too.

I just took assessment 477 and made a 99..... the key to the test other than getting the math and matching correctly is to KEEP YOUR RESPONSES CONSISTENT..... If you choose most like you on a question than when the question is reverse STILL CHOOSE the same answer!!!!!! I took 476 and made the mistake and only got a 74.... I took an exam last 2005 and scored of 79, but my friends told me that the passing grade was at least 85. So then I took it again on 2006, and scored 73. Lately I ask mail carriers what was really the passing grade and told me that I only need to score 70. Is it still possible to reinstate my examination score of 79 and 73?
I don't believe so, but you can easily set up a new profile online and apply for positions. When you apply for positions, they will offer you to take the assessments.
Not everyone who submits an application will be invited to take the assessment.Each job posting has a pre-determined maximum number of applicants who can be tested.If that maximum limit has been reached, you will not be invited to take the assessment. Took the 474, and the 477 got a 99, and a 98 got 4 job offers in one day. Cancelled the first one too far, and accepted the one closest to my house. They weren't hard just common sense. Ok is the MHA - test number 475 because I think I have been studying the wrong things because what iam studying for it doesn’t match the Position that I want which is MHA
I took the exam and it said I was "ineligible." is that the same as a failure?? I find it hard to believe that I failed this exam. Question if I got a message from the usps with the mail handler position to reply but then I applied for the window clerk position. If I discard the mail handling position will it effect me for my other position thats if they send me an email back ?
If you got hired to both positions then you can choose which one you like. But if you haven't heard from window clerk position yet, why would you throw away the opportunity you had with MHA? If you were able to keep your job, you can ask to apply for a different craft.

They give priority to applicants who have high scores 90 and above.

I'm not sure, but I took a coding exam too for MPA.
Well if the assessment is the only exam and this 474 does not compare in any form of way to 473 then a lot of people with pass with high scores.

Hey I've applied and did the VEA 477 and passed it with a 97. Once you take and pass the VEA do you still have to take a Postal Exam?

@@48452771 I know what you mean the virtual entry assessment…I was told by my recruiter that If you score high enough on your VEA that you may not have to take the exam.

First they look at the score. If you are a veteran, you will get extra benefit not given to us civilians.
Congrats@ military members, Veterans, & Military Service will get prior employment...& have extra points compare to non - veterans...Congrats again...you have a big chancr to get the job...
