I'm 30lbs down so far and here is my all time favourite healthy snack/breakfast that I feel like you need to try! You need greek yoghurt (I eat around 150g), and frozen berries that you put on top, drizzle a bit of honey over it and a couple dark chocolate chips. Let it thaw for about 10 minutes and enjoy! It's my go to and so delicious. I love watching this series so so much, it's become such a comfort for me and makes me feel less alone in my journey. Thank you so much Ashley for your authenticity, honesty, fun and good humour. You always put a smile on my face.
you can mix agar or gelatin with fresh lime juice and greek yogurt to make a low calorie cheesecake filling. the texture is not quite the same but the taste is really good!
Yogurt, honey and blue berry frozen Pattie’s are good too w/ protein powder Peanut butter honey and choc. Chips plus protein powder balls also good (both frozen)

I really enjoy making different vegetable soups like minestrone, tomato and Dahl I add beans and lentils too sometimes, they’re really easy to make and have lots of vitamins and fibre. It’s just chopping up some stuff and leaving it on the stove to cook and stirring occasionally and the highest calorie thing in them is probably a tablespoon of olive oil. My favourite thing about these videos is your commentary and honesty. :-)

these videos are the highlight of my week! i love eating my chia seeds in my overnight oats. i just put a cup and a half of oats in a mason jar and mix in yogurt, any kind of milk you want, chia seeds, a little bit of honey and let it sit overnight. in the morning when i go to eat it, i top it off with frozen/fresh berries and a little granola for crunch. one of my favorite breakfasts
Chili! My favorite part honestly was the truthfulness of giving in to the sweet cravings and still being accountable for your weight loss. I’ve done weight watchers in the past and waited 7 months to eat sweets. Big mistake on my part. I had cake and wanted cake everyday after that. It took me 4 months to lose 15lbs after that. Fruit ambrosia! You chop up a bunch of fruits into small bits and add cool whip and a small jar of maraschino cherries. This has a lot of natural sugar so this is a treat for me.

Also having crumbl or any "treat" isn't going to derail you as long as you keep things in moderation. You wanna have a realistic eating habit you can maintain not deprive yourself of what you love. If you wanna eat treats or something sugary don't call it cheating cause as you saw you incorporated it into your healthier eating and walked and started the gym. Once you stop the bad word association you won't feel the guilt. ✌️
