I believe those are black circle lenses so they’re a bit more natural since you can see the whites of the eyes but they really make your eye look big.
My heart goes out to Lady Morgana! I'm just glad that she represented Mindanao and those outside the Metro Manila with the best of her capabilities and low resources. I hope RPDRPH would give Lady Morgana and the rest of the provincial drag queens more opportunities to shine! There's more drag out there outside of the main cities. In the end, she let her heart and soul out in that speech. Dalaygon!

i believe what they did at the end of the pageant was in reference to Miss Universe 2015. Steve Harvey made a mistake and crowned Miss Columbia when Miss Philippines (the guest judge who got the crown at the end of the pageant) was the actual winner. I dont think it was meant to take away from the contestants, but not everyone knows that reference so its understandable. I thought it was pretty funny tho
I definitely knew about the incident in 2015 .. it was a cute ending but would have much rather have the queens that are actually in the competition act that part out instead. I want to respect these talented queens with as much airtime as possible. Just my opinion babe❤️❤️😘😘😘

It's a common trend here for little towns (units we call barangays) to hold very comical pageants where the contenders are mostly gay men and transgenders just doing the MOST unbelievably stupid (in a good way) acts and stunts. I believe that's what they're going for here, but a little leveled up and fit for TV.

About the “pink pak boom” concept, I think it might have something to do with the “pjnk revolution” during the last PH election. It’s in support of a political party and the only woman who ran for president. The tea going around when the season started is that lady morgana is also not “pink”.
I actually saw some drag queens (pretty sure Minty was there, too) on rallies in support of the pink party.
Anyways, love your recap as always. This episode is MESSY. Hope the season doesn’t go downhill from hereon.

Hi Ms. Valery. To clarify things a bit, the whole joke about Pia Wurtzbach being called Ms. Colombia, and then Precious originally winning, but Pia Wurztbach being the actual winner is a reference to Miss Universe 2015 wherein Steve Harvey called Ms. Colombia as the Miss Universe of that year until a few minutes after, Steve Harvey apologizes and reveals Pia Wurtzbach to be the actual winner and that he made a mistake.

Marina was so on-point this episode - really surprising that no one argued for her queen archetype which is really easy to execute. Kudos to her! To me, I believe it should've been Viñas at the bottom. Brigiding served looks but failed at the challenge. Viñas was meh at the challenge and wasted the runway without the reveal. Anyways, rooting for Marina and Minty!!!

Brigiding was a mess during the pageant. She was confused on what her role was and it was ranging from dancer, market peddler, street bystander, unemployed drunk neighbor, and just overall mess. She didn't get what she was even in her voice overs. I knew from her performance she would be in the bottom this week. In a way she got her wish and got critiqued. Her look became better with the spray painted on the wig imo.
As for Viñas, I feel like the judges just wanted to scare her and put her in the bottom too. They just don't want her to pull punches and she should have done the reveal during the runway. Her outfit was CAMP and I love it. I love the variation of classy, elegant, to pure camp looks each week!

i just want to clarify and affirm that i get what brigiding is going for (just not executed well i guess). here in the philippines, we call people who are on the street jologs or jejemon(tacky) that are trying too hard to look like a rapper/cool. with exaggerated oversized shirts, wearing too much accessories, sometimes wearing all floral pattern outfits.... and many more to mention. it is like they want to set a new trends but its not working or pleasant to the eyes. what brigiding did was he should just exaggerated everything, her looks. her looks was so tame that it is borderlining to being simple and tacky. i think thats the reason she wants to act like a rapper, but her look doesnt suffice it. too bad for her.

I feel like the challenge is a little boring just because the joke about MU2015 has been remade/reenacted by thousands if people on the internet. but i really enjoyed the queens talking in the werkroom hunty hahah. and that made that up. it patched the boring segment. and the lipsync was incredible!

It's become a running joke with anything involving Pia after the Steve Harvey winner announcement debacle. They crowned Colombia for like a few minutes but corrected the error shortly after to crown her instead. Just in case you don't have an idea and no one has explained it yet.

I think LM has already worn her Pink ensemble for this runway on the diva challenge(episode4). The pink gown she wore as Lea. I thought it was a runway worthy gown💗
Theory: the producers knew that LM already used her Pink gown...so they pushed this runway haha damn they wanted her to go soooo bad.

The technicality of this episode (lighting and sounds) was horrible. It distracted the audience on what a good episode this could have been. Also, I wish the queens did not take the question and answer portion too seriously. I wish they could have played more on their answers based on what their assigned roles should be. Afterall, it was supposed to be an improv comedy challenge.
