USA/NC here. Been extremely hot here. I do a similar chicken stew recipe. It can be made with dumplings add to it, left plain and served over biscuits, rice or mashed potatoes. Comfort food from my childhood. We are staying cool and preparing for bad weather as bad weather expected this week.
The chicken Alfredo looks delicious. It's very warm in Indiana right now, I'll try it when it cools a bit. Tomatoes from the garden just starting. BLT time!
Lovely meals Cheryl. I agree even if it's roasting hot outside I never say no to a nice roast dinner/ macaroni cheese or soup. Your wraps look so nice with the cheesy chips. I never seem to fold my wraps tight enough , I need more practice I think never used to be that keen on wraps but now I really like them, even if they do sometimes fall apart!! The chicken Alfredo pasta looks nice I'm sure I've made this before from.your recipe bit using chicken breasts , this looks nice with the bread crumb chicken. Enjoyed this video Cheryl

All your meals look delicious. It's winter time in Australia and us here in Queensland think it's cold, although you would perhaps think it's still summer if you were here. It's funny how the weather makes us eat different things. We eat soups and stews more through the winter and salads and lighter meals in the summer. But having said that we do have salad in winter as well. Just not as often. I love macaroni cheese as well.
It is getting warm here in the Pacific Northwest! You just inspired me to work on a lentil soup recipe now. It won't be tonight as I need a couple of bits for that yet, but it'll be quite warm for the next few days so I'll have it soon! Also: I just love your dishware. I don't know if anyone has said that before.

Like many living alone, I often eat the same things a lot, or it's wasted. I try to eat healthily, with loads of fruit and veg. I'm sure many people living alone will identify with food "struggles?" I subscribed. Your plating is always pretty. I guess we first eat with our eyes. Often, when we are out to eat, I choose a meal I see pictured on the menu. First thing I see - boom! Yum! 💜💜💜

I'd firstly order the Macaroni cheese upon arrival, then I'd have the tuna wrap the following day & finish off with the Sunday beef mmmmm that would be a perfect weekend away! Hehe 🎉 oh come to think of it, I'd have to stay the entire week, because I wouldn't be able to leave without trying the salmon & the pasta Alfredo, the chicken stew & the soup! 🎉
