Whenever I have used creatine, I have got skin problem. Creatine works great during body building. But getting skin problem is very painful, now problem had become so stubborn, it is years, not going away after treatment.

@@akashvarma6822 if taken in right amounts, creatine is good. There's a step by step process of creatine loading which he has mentioned and you can follow that process for the same.
Creatine if taken more than suggested can cause harmful effects.
But if you eat red meat regularly, then I'd suggest eating it in plenty proportion, as red meat is a natural source of creatine.

@@jaggu9993 u r slightly right but studies ne gym or hairloss ke beech main correlation dikkhaya hai causation nhi. Iska Matlab jo gym jaate hain unke Baal thode kam paaye gaye hain. But zaruri nhi gym ki wajah se hi Baal kam hai. Resistance training se zyada testosterone badhta hai aerobic se kam . But wo increase bas 1-2 ghante ke liye hota hai isliye dht main convert nhi ho paate. Long term main 8-10 % increase dekha Gaya hai serum dht main. Scalp dht par koi research nhi hai. Basically meri recommendation hai leg excercise mat karo, aur supplements mat lo. Baaki gym kar sakto ho

I took creatine for 1 month and after that whenever i did abs i got cramps. My water intake was 5 litres and i stooped it from past 2 months now I'm perfect. Seems like id didn't worked out for me.
Thats due to less electrolytes in body which is lost via sweating during workout just drink small spoon of salt solution when that type of cramps occurs👍🏼
@@sreeragsree9963 bro but it was occuring more frequently and it never happened before. After quitting creatine immediately after 2 days my cramps were gone maybe it didn't suited me well🤔

One correction - 20gm per day is good . But it's better to divide that in 4 doses of 5gms each... 7 out of 10 people can't digest 10gm creatine in one dose. Lene k 30 mins me loose motions lag jaane hai .... 4 doses of 5gms creatine for 7 days is a safe way for everyone....

I have been taking creatine since 2 month and I feel that the no. Of hair falling in day to day life is increasing.
Although i believe that I don't have baldness gentics but my hair fall has increased after taking daily creatine.but my hair started grow again but it's true that in most people creatine increase hairfall not hair loss 👍

I am really confused with water intake. I am at intermediate level, but my water intake is never above 3.5 liter nor its below 2.75 litres. I always make sure my flush is water coloured, should I consider this as the criteria that I am having enough water ??
