    Hey bud. First off, big fan. Because of your videos, I have decided to attempt my first tank. But I have some brain storming that needs a bit of feed back. I would love any response, from you or anyone reading this.
    So I am going to attempt a dark start. After three weeks, I will drain the tank and do a dry start to establish carpeting roots. During this time, the filter would be off and from my research, the beneficial bacteria will be fine up to 6 to 8 months sitting in the filter. Does this seem like a good idea? Thank you and cheers!

    Salut mark je suis entrain de préparer un Hollandais mais j'ai quelques soucis avec mais ta video es super cool surtout chez dennerle t'as du te faire plaisir. Et encore avoir appris de nouvelles choses. Mais j'ai une question :
    On voit beaucoup de bacs avec du sol technique maintenant sa serait bien de voir les techniques anciennes et dennerle es bien placé pour sa. Mais un petit " retour vers le fututr" serais sympa avec les niuveaux substrat et etc etc etc...
    Ses une idée pour t'es prochaine vidéos. Mais en tout cas ses toujours un plaisir à regarder t'es vidéos. Bonne soirée

    Hi what do you mean by dutch style

    • @MJAquascaping
      @MJAquascaping  2 года назад +1

      “The Dutch Aquarium style does not imply the use of wood, rocks and other hardscape materials. The main focus is placed upon the growth and arrangement of aquatic plants. Traditionally, Dutch planted aquariums are compared to underwater gardens. However, differentiating from the Nature style, Dutch aquascapes are not meant to resemble a specific biotope. The intricate placement and grouping of plants help create in-depth perspective within the aquarium by complimenting each other in shape and color.”
