Her kit is extremely simple but sounds complicated.
Skill: apply debuff
6 sec rotation
Charge attack to gain significant buff stacks and trigger stance which gives pyro dmg bonus and infusion for NA’s.
NA spam each atk reduces buff stacks and stance duration.
Use skill again to remove stacks and heal, apply debuff.
6 sec rotation for party members before charge attacking to gain maximum buff, formal attack spam.
So is this the 7278274th on field pyro unit that’s worse than Hu Tao and god forbid Xiangling?

We can actually already experience what playing a Fatui on-field for long durations with no interrupt resistance feels like. Play Wanderer in a team without any shields to find out.
Wanderer Is a catalyst damage dealer, Arle uses (allegedly) a polearn. Catalyst users have generally less interruption than polearm users. The Better comparison would be someone like Keqing.
I play wanderer without shields i hv no problems ,if this is the problem that is skill issue
You can move while you play wanderer during his skill, and you won’t lose any damage from moving. You even get free dashes for dodging. It is not that bad.
I wonder, is Arlecchino's Bond of Life based on her Max HP or the Bond of Life's Max HP?
Bond of Life has a maximum cap of 200% of the character's Max HP (you can confirm this by spamming E on anyone with Fontaine Weapon). This is also the reason why the visual indicator for Bond of Life is currently misleading.
80% of Arlecchino's Max HP is only 2/5 of Bond of Life's Max HP.
80% of Bond of Life's Max HP is 160% of Arlecchino's Max HP.
If Arlecchino has 20k HP, the 1st assumption will be capped at 16k HP while the 2nd is 32k HP.
She can break me down and analyze me any day.

She definitely isnt "big hu tao" like leakers said, another certified leaker tc moment, we still need to see gameplay but from her kit its clear arlecchino does her own thing and is best in teams that hu tao isnt normally played in such as arlechino/chevreuse/Bennett/fischl, she can be played in place of hu tao in her teams but she'll just do less dmg.
This is what happens when Chinese designed characters get more steroids than a fatui harbinger at this point these new character kits are a joke, I'm gonna Laugh so hard if clorinde is favored on her release and she like Completely power creeps Yae miko Fischl and raiden.
Unfortunately mihoyo has to play favorites, LIYUE characters = a much better Kit that's future proof.
MEANWHILE: You release Arlecchino a hyped milf who can't even Freaking do three x as much more damage with her Pyro and doesn't even come close to powernerfing Hu Tao because hu tao has to keep a stand in the meta of pyros < if the CCP says so 😂😂 this is why I like Honkai star rail characters because every character Proves they're worth upon release and keeps they're value long term.

How does hu tao have good aoe with xianyun? Does she compare to xiao's new best team?
She is actually better dps than xiao if you practically compare their numbers as she can vape with yelan furina and xianyun and she also has a charged attack that deals damage
@@srishtisharma3908 xiao is far better in aoe. Overall, They are on the same level since hu tao has decent aoe now. But xiao has the advantage with multi wave content and feels smoother. And hu tao can't consistently vape on every enemy in aoe. So xiao is a bit better
If Arlecchino works with Bond of Life, and it's the same as what the weapons do, then can other characters apply the Bond of Life for her and she can use theirs? The same way Neuvilette can use Traveller's Sourcewater Droplets?
It probably won't be good (same as Neuvi + Traveller) but I bet it makes for interesting theorycrafting.

Together with beidou and xingqiu dmg reduction stacking together (as well as one 2pc hydro set on xingqiu), dmg reduction will go over 100% which is invincibility.
Can the Xingqiu dmg reduction further stack like that? I thought it was only from the goblet. 4pc nymph's dream would be kinda nutty no?

Just 36* sthe abyss with Hu Tao, ez af, there is ZERO way that Hu Tao will ever be unnecessary in this game lmao. Characters like Ganyu still hold up well and they're not ever going to make a character more broken than Hu Tao unless it's someone on par with Neuvillette/an Archon, or the top Harbingers.
Arlecchino lore-wise is mid, and I wouldn't be surprised if they nerf her during the CBT to future-proof and prevent another Hu Tao situation where they made Hu Tao incredibly broken. They said the same thing about Lyney and many other Pyro DPS characters we've had before, that they'll be "the next Hu Tao." I think if anything it speaks to how good HU TAO is that all these new units are getting compared to her, when she is one of the oldest ones. I'm not even hating on Arlecchino gameplay-wise, I'm sure she'll be good, every Fatui character has been pretty good gameplay-wise thus far, but why put down Hu Tao to hype Arlecchino lmao.
Also, her design is super ugly and she's a terrible person, no thanks. I'd rather have a cute funeral parlour Director than an ugly woman who abuses kids and thinks their tears are "weakness," if I wanted that I would just pull my mum lmao. Saving for Dottore, the Harbinger we SHOULD have gotten, and the one that is actually worth the hype. The House of the Hearth may call their Arlecchinos (the prior one went by this title too) "Father," but ONLY DOTTORE IS DADDY. ❤❤❤

She's probably inherently designed to counter the current healer meta and provide a stronger incentive for potential future shielders.
She might work pretty well with a C6 Thoma for some extra sustain and the normal attack buff
Imagine making a unit with anti synergy to “counter” a meta that people just spend hundreds of dollars chasing.
I think how a character feels at C2 and beyond is important because 5 stars are actually becoming more budget friendly than 4 stars especially since so many 4 stars don’t feel great without c6 imo.
I like how you pronounced Arlecchino like 20 different ways, that way at least one of them had a strong chance to be the right one.
she doesn't actually look to be especially good in multiwave, her a1 only gives her bond when you kill an enemy with debt, but you'll probably clear all debt at the start of her field time when you charge attack (unless you somehow avoid some enemies with the CA aoe clear???)

Arle can't be healed so no. The only way to get healed by Arle is to use her E with bond
@FliponYT I thought these bonds were basically a shield that doesn't protect you and absorbs healing. So if you use her with healers, it will reduce the bond, thus weakening arlechino. Unless arlechino's bonds work differently from the ones in the game right now.
Edit: I see now I didn't know she just turned off healing entirely. Thought it just implied she couldn't be healed because of the bond.

Only her normals are buffed by bond of life, not her charge or plunge attack. Also, her healing isn't tied to her E hitting enemies.

C1R1 Neuv is most likely stronger but currently Arle gets so much quality of life from her weapon and C1 that I'm more inclined to recommend it

very interesting kit for sure. but I'll have to wait to see her animations as well as clorinde's kit and animations. I'm sure arle will have amazing animations, but clorinde looks like a bloodborne character and has a gun, so the potential for an incredibly cool kit is there as well.

From what I know, she probably wont powercreep her in single target because it's only when an enemy with her dot is defeated that she regain the bonf of life, and as such her atk boost, so hutao will still be better
