Sig chose greyguns… all I need to know. Plus I hate the skeletonized stuff and the over travel screw showing. It makes the AC trigger look cheap. I also don’t want a carry/defensive pistol with too tight tolerances.
I"ve got the GG flat trigger, I didn't install it- was a smith. I've been having problems. It'll go dead and not engage at all, or it'll actually lock up and i need to manually cycle to attempt to fix. Anyone have any ideas about it?
Been looking for a curver smooth face trigger for my P365 ... don't see one for it at Armory Craft's site. Sent them a message! I know this video is 3 years old but hope they make one. Can find a ton of the straight triggers and I just don't care for them and like in the video I prefer the smooth face to the serrated face surface. Nice job on the video!
Thank you! Yea reach out to armory craft. I know they have a trigger that is supposed to be epic and the kinks have been worked out of it. Milos is a good guy and will help you out
Dude: Thats what I picked for the P229. I'll be trying to install it myself. I'll refer to your video. And I'll be trying to install the SRT too. I went red
Hey bud, Jay here! I asked you a couple questions last week, and you responded back to everyone with great answers, but I have another that has me completely frustrated & stumped, yet it's so simple???? Here goes..... I'm changing out my mag catch on my M11 - A1 and installing a MATRIX EXTENDED MAG Catch. Well, I've dropped in the new one, and I'm simply trying to get the small plate to slide over it, along with the spring, but it just won't go, like it's too thick to slide back under? Obviously it's not though, because it came out, but not without some persuasion with a small brass punch & hammer! What am I doing wrong bud?? I'm lost?? Thanks in advance!!
I really appreciate what you said at the end about having your pets spayed and neutered and in particular about adopting and giving them a loving home. Everything in this world is secondary to that as far as I'm concerned. Great video btw. I really want to get a hold of the slightly curved Armory Craft triggers. Hopefully, they're able to stock them before too long so I can lose this itchy trigger finger.
All our dogs and horse are rescues, they bring so much happiness and light to our lives. You'll love the trigger! Thanks for taking the time to watch and comment, that means a lot to me.
I’ve been an issue where my armory craft triggers gets stuck to the rear after it fires. I have to hit the bottom of my pistol to get the trigger to reset. Have you had this issue?
damon323 it's still not a fair comparison. That being said, the sig P series with an SRT kit, polish on the sear and hammer and AC trigger. Is my favorite DA /SA platform out, even over CZs. (DISCLAIMER:I AM NOT SAYING SIGS ARE BETTER THAN CZS [they are :P]) this is just my personal preference as far as grip comfort and manual of arms. The break is extremely crisp and reset is short and the perfect feeling click.
TheFallingHammer Haha!! awesome man, appreciate the quick reply!! Do you have a video on polishing the sear? And what’s a AC trigger?? Just installed the SRT on my P220 Combat, and it’s great on the reset, but I just want zero travel or the closest thing to it if possible
damon323 the Armory craft trigger. I've tried every trigger on the market for P series Sigs and it's the tightest tolerances, even barely beating out the gray triggers. On the video I have of the frame breakdown I think I showed where to polish but haven't done a video yet on just the process itself. I've had quite a few people ask so I really want to get one out in the next week or two. Don't thank me for the reply I appreciate the time you took to comment. One comment will come around every couple hundred views and makes everything(time, set up, editing) feel totally worth it.
Email me at Fallinghammerinc@gmail.com and I'll take a short hd video of the pull and reset if you want. When adjusted pre and over travel are non existant
TheFallingHammer I’m looking in to an Armory Craft trigger the moment I wake up tomorrow if it eliminates travel!! Gotta say thank you again for all the info!! My email is damon32382@gmail.com if you wanna send me that, I’m real interested to see the zero take up/travel. I didn’t think it was possible to get a great trigger on a P series without paying a ton of cash to a gunsmith.
Why is it on my 229 it feels like the trigger breaks to far back like i have to push it with the tip of my finger. Triggers feel better when they break sooner in the pull not all the way to the end. I sold my 229 stainless elite for this reason and it was two fat of a grip and it had multiple malfunctions in 300 rounds. M9a3 best gun ever made. That gun u have is ugly
The M9 is so good that the USMC had to send a team of precision armorers to Italy to show them how to prevent the slide from becoming a two piece every time it was fired.
Suggest putting 'Hot Sauce' on the Tip of your Fingers. Helped a lot of Friends who unneccessarily Vent their Frustrations this way. Thoroughly Enjoy Learning from you (too).
Peter Martin both use delrin where the adjustment ends are. Grays are just nice and hidden. I have 3 armory Craft Triggers and 2 GG and the AC is tighter. I got the stainless GG not aluminum
I was so evenly split on which one I wanted (between the flat triggers that is) even after your analysis and comparision I was still split right down the middle 50/50, then you talked about Gray Guns shipping practices and that immediately made my decision for me I am going with Armory Craft without question. To charge $9.99 for a $3 flat rate envelope is so off putting and distasteful I refuse to support a business that does something like that just to make a few extra bucks. If they did what you said and raised the price of the product a few dollars fine whatever that is what it is, but to be deceitful and so blantantly obvious about it too like they are throwing it in your face almost is just a non starter sorry not sorry Gray Guns.
Rep? Not so much, I just like transparent companies. When being charged over 9 bucks for FLAT RATE shipping and receiving a brown envelope that cost under 3 bucks to send I thought it was a pretty shady practice. Also, I find it funny how AC made a flat trigger and then soon after GG did, so AC makes a semi curved flat trigger, now GG did. And now AC launched a skeletonized hammer, and now GG is. Principal matters to me. I've dealt with armory craft a lot and their service has been stellar and transparent so I have a good relationship with the company and do trust them. Any company that does honest work and takes care of their customers will get shout outs and advertisement from me.
Any one who says "sPaDe oR neUtEr yOuR pEtS" should be neutered themselves!! Bleeding heart posers like this guy are the reason you can't fined a good dog breeder now adays.
Thanks dude, you saved me a huge headache!
definitely putting that on my SAS gen 2
I'm gona get flat for my 229 legion. This is what I was needing my friend
Good on you for calling gray guns out!

Great video. Thanks for supporting Animal Rescue.. 👍
Thanks for Taking the time to comment! Dogs are better than people most of the time 😂

Also, Ordering the AC slightly curved trigger today.. Thx

Great video, but I really like the grips on your gun. Who's the maker of those Grips?
Still love it???
I feel the same way about companies that don't respect customers intelligence. I've had rifle Barrels shipped to me for less than $10.

FWIW I have the armory craft flat face trigger and I am happy with it.

If I can help, please reach out. The new triggers have adjustable screws and you don't need to file it

To reduce over travel trigger on my P226 W.Germany should i choose Flat or Slightly trigger from Armory Craft ?
They both have the same adjustment, so it's pretty much your preference if you want a flat or curved trigger.
@@TheFallingHammer Truly Appreciate, Thanks
@@phisutsatthawon7990 no problem at all, thank you for watching!
Nice comparison. Thank you. Do you plan on offloading either of the other triggers?
Thank you! I don't but have coupon codes for the armory Craft
At 7:22 you said something about a part that needs to be filed down? Can you explain more?
+Tyler the delrin pin on the front of the trigger that eliminates pretravel
Have you done a comparison of the GrayGuns vs. the Armory Craft dual adjustable SAO triggers? I can't find any comparison between those.
It's on my short list. Very soon :)
@@TheFallingHammer Glad to hear it, I need that because I can't decide...
Which one would be good for a p239 Dak without Srt...
+larry k webb sorry to say I don't think either will
What would you recommend for the P365XL?
I haven't messed with triggers in one yet. I'm getting mine finally next month
Do you know if Sig vouches for Armory Craft?
I doubt they publicly will because of thier relationship with Gray guns. They even bought the rights and started producing the triggers themselves.
Armory Craft triggers only affects DA trigger press not SA from what I've read
The overtravel is reduced on both, pretravel is in double
The same goes for any aftermarket DASA trigger

How much "shorter" is that Armory Craft slightly curved trigger in comparison to the Sig OE trigger?
+sigdriver1 from the top to the bottom or the trigger travel itself?
the "reach", but I already made a purchase after all. Thanks for an honest and candid review. The production model of "Slightly Curved" has serration.
Coupon code “HAMMER10C” didn’t work! Any additional coupon?
J Aqua I'll ask them ASAP. Did you double check? It should be good
J Aqua it should work, make sure you use all CAPS :)
Entered all caps, but still the cart stated “Coupon code is not valid.”
Issue has been sorted out, you were right.

I have to really reach for my stock 220 trigger. Which one of these has the least reach?
tsulas03 the AC semi curved. Both flat triggers come out a bit more in the center
#1 On GGs shipping, if they need to make a few bucks more, raise the price, $3.95 shipping for $10 is underhanded and insulting.
Ryk E Lee for such a reputable company too, I don't understand it.
