    Summary: 1. Eat Pineapple, Banana, Dry Fruits, Sunflower Seeds, Milk and milk products.
    2. Keep positive thinking, have positive affirmations,
    3. Do physical activity / exercise of any kind,
    4. Long term negativity creates free radicals, so eat tomatoes, coloured berries,
    5. Be in sunlight for Vit. D
    6. Medicines can also be used to save Serotonin these are called SSRI.
    Note: There are more advanced medicines these days which your psychiatrist will know.

    6 th method of using allopathic medicines will make you happy temporarily but will make you addictive to such medicines and create so many side effects in in the long run that you will get serotonin but will create so many other complications in your body which will be much worse than what you experience due to lack of serotonin.
    Hence as per my experience your methods upt to sr no 5 are excellent, but I will never advise you to recommend method no 6 which will give you quick results in the short term but will destroy your health irreversibly in the future.
