Im enjoying your videos because you don't show the super expensive brands. I would rather have many cheapos than a few over 100.00 scents. I really like the diamonds and sapphires for summer. My favorite is Sparkling white diamonds from Elizabeth Taylor. The Mariah perfume was a no go for me. I love the Charlie line. The Perry Ellis had a clashing smell for me considering it had lavender and sage and osmanthus mixed with citrus. I do live in the humid south so things might smell different for me. I love all that I have smelled from J Del Pozo. I love shower fresh, clean smells like SJP Lovely which smells like clean laundry to me. I still haven't found an Elizabeth Arden that I like because I have only tried Sunflowers and Green Tea. Tea scents are not my favorite. I like many of the Calvin Klein scents. Since getting older my preferences have changed to more mature fragrances but I don't like those that are too strong. Thanks for sharing your opinions.

In the past I not only avoided aquatic fragrances, I hated them - or thought I did. But in the last couple of years, I’ve changed and have been craving them in the hot summer months. I love Armani Acqua di Gioia (not a cheapie). I also picked up the Water Lily Springs mist from BBW, which is so good. And I have Mariah Carey M and used to wear it at bedtime a lot. I’ve heard it described as “toasting marshmallows by a bonfire on the beach at night.” Now you’ve made me want to try White Diamonds and Sapphires and Halloween.

Charlie white reminds me of Creed’s Spring Flowers

Hi Karina? Carina? Interesting video! I absolutely love hot weather but I live in the UK so 😂 Calone can be difficult for me in general, but I always wanted to try the Mariah Carey M fragrance. 😊

It seems like most people have an opinion on Calone one way or the other. I don’t enjoy it very much during cold weather, but in the heat and humidity, I love it. I hope you get to try M!

Navitus has a new scent called Melon Kiss that sounds nice, pricey, but it sounds like a true cantaloupe and honeydew.

Is Britney Curious considered aquatic? I enjoy it very much as a post workout scent ( and the bottle is super pretty!). Giorgio Blue and Eau des Mervielles Bleue are also my faves!
I need to try a few of these here!

I would say that curious is aquatic. I might make a video about floral aquatics and beach fragrances. I forgot about Giorgio Blue!

@@MyPerfumeMap I love Cool Water as the scent memories it conjures up of more carefree times makes it’s a real time capsule, but Giorgio Blue is just lovely! I don’t find them that similar but they get compared sometimes. I call it my poor woman’s Aqua Di Gio :D

Wow. I don't get anything aquatic from Elizabeth Taylor Diamonds and Sapphires, nor Mariah Carey M. Guess we all truly do perceive scents very, VERY differently.

Unfortunately l find M aquatic only for few first minutes, before complete drydown. l like that opening but after that it becomes buttery and weird. It doesn't last, it doesn't project, l sold after 1.5y year of trying to make it work.

Diamonds and sapphires is well made just cannot stand melon scents. Try Black Pearl by Elizabeth Taylor. Fabulous aquatic masterpiece. Love Elizabeth Taylor perfums. I just cannot stand melon. The perfumer did a fabulous job otherwise, I do like everyting else about it. I stand by any of her fragrances to the grave...wish I could love melon scents😢

@@MyPerfumeMap Black Pearl is discontinued, unfortunately. I used to get 3.3 oz for 25$ 15 years ago. I have bought it since then because I love it. I spent 50$ but to me it is still worth it. It is like a woman all decked out in pearls and a large brown fur coat on the beach in the late evening. Very unique compared to her other scents. Not a safe blind buy but I think you'll appreciate it being we have similar tastes in perfumery. Love your content and I make notes of what I'd like to try in your collection. Thanks for sharing.
