As a talk show host, Ashley needs to improve her skills. Take more of an interviewer posture, role, body language, and response. Stop interviewing people like they are your friends. Improve your posture as you sit there. No hunching or turtling your neck. Study Oprah, Guthrie, Gail, Lisa Ling, the E staff; etc. and practice, practice, practice. Take some ONLINE broadcast media courses or take some broadcast media courses at a junior college. Improve your interview, skills, responses, posture, etc. This show is a great opportunity. Develop your skills so that you expand your opportunities further. Good luck.
