I used Linux Mint for a year. Then, I tried Zorin OS for a year. They both met my needs, but I'm staying with Zorin OS. I just like the look and feel better. I use Zorin OS on my laptop. When support for Microsoft Windows 10 ends later this year I will be wiping it off of my desktop and installing Zorin OS. I've already found Linux replacements for most of the Windows software that I use.
Start playing with Linux last week. Loaded Zorin OS 17 and so far, I'm hooked. Tried Mint for a couple hours but I'm more comfortable with Zorin. Testing it on an old laptop. Have to work the bugs out for RGB lights and a few other odds and ends before I commit my desktop system to it.
Don't waste your time watching this, if you have a PC that runs very poorly on windows, then use mint, and if you have a decent PC use cachyos or fedora
Mint is simple, stable and now based on Arch....As a daily driver its good. It's just looked down upon by the eye candy, lets borderline wreck the install through modding crowd.
The video shows nothing about both...???...just some person talking about it??... what's the point??🤣

Could you please share some of those software?
What a crappy video, most of the footage doesn't even show the operating systems!
I've been running Mint (Cinnamon) since Windows XP went end-of-life. I have tried other distros, but keep coming back to Mint.

At least have you ever installed them😅😅 leave about using. This video is made from AI
I have been using Mint for years, I tried Zorin recently and just did not get on with it at all.

they are all equally good or bad, no big difference between them
I stick with the one with the longest history. I don't run to the new painted pig.
Zorin OS is basically as old as Linux Mint.
Venreable Linux mint? What a joke.

When did Mint change it's base to Arch? Ubuntu and Debian are the two editions I know of.
Mint 22 Wilma uses the 6.8.0-51 generic arch Kernel now. Though it is still based on Ubuntu, its core is an Arch Kernel.
Garbage AI generated video.
Windows is better
Ubuntu is better
