Love seeing the indie, less commercialized setups. Really cool :)
Wow. Great video. Emily's enthusiasm is contagious.
Great video. It's always such a joy to watch someone with so much passion for what they do.
Love this energy from Emily
Very nice and instructive video. Cheers from France!
Chris, you make us wait soooo long for your episodes, but when they do show they are so well worth it. Thank you for your energy and enthusiasm for analogue. I had to wait until I was in my seventies before "discovering" film from shooting , through developing to printing and now my Leica M2 and I cannot get enough. And partly down to you. This video is fantastic.
Great video! Really enjoyed it!
I just got five rolls back from Emily. She does great work. Thanks for the behind the scenes look at an indie lab!
Very cool video.
Looks like you're both living the dream.
What got me was the fact, that you both took a photography course in high school, where you learned to develop film.
Even though I'm old enough to have gone to high school before the digital age, in Denmark photography courses were not an option at all. Everything I know about photography, I have had to learn myself with no one to teach me (no wonder photography is not part of what I do for a living).
I know it has taken a lot of hard work for everyone, who manages to make a living from photography.
I just wonder what could have been, had more people around the world been introduced to the joys of film photography including developing at a young age.
Super fun to see the whole process! The amount of logistics to figure out to process that many rolls of film is crazy lol.
That was a ton of fun, and it's so cool to see what Emily has done with her business! Thank you for sharing!
Absolutely awesome video Chris, lots of fun.....thanks for sharing!!
Really interesting video. I like the way you do your daily work for getting film developed !
I haven't used a stop bath with my B&W developing for a long time. Water bath works well. Nice to see a small photo lab up and running. Thanks for the video
I'm with you on the stop bath with B&W developing. Although it's been many years for me. I've been hooked on the digital after many years of film.
great, jus subscribed to you. Found your channel by searching for Yashica A reviews,, just got one in good condition, my introduction to MF, regards from Austria, Europe
Amazing to comment each step and not losing track in the process. And the results speak for themselves... great job.
(And incredibly lovely to watch though that may sound cheesy.)
Fun video, enjoyed it. I wish Emily had a sink :-)
Me too dan 😁😁😁
