  • This time, TAKE-san makes CRAB Sushi. But how does he make Crab Sushi?
    [RECIPE]
    1. First, wash the Crab under cold water.
    2. Boil the Crab in salted water from cold water. Add 30 g of salt per 1 L of water. Boil the Crab in salted water with the back of the Crab down 15min.
    3. Crab shells are hard, so cut them with a DEBA knife. Remove crab meat from the shell with a thin spatula.
    4. For sushi rice, mix in the sushi vinegar while aerating the rice so it does not become sticky.
    5. Cut Nori* into appropriate sizes.
    *nori: dried seaweed
    6. For Nigiri-zushi, the crab meat is rolled with Nori.
    7. Gunkan-maki is a strip of Nori* wrapped around a rice ball with a topping.
7-1. Make a small sushi rice ball.
7-2. Wrap the rice balls with Nori.
7-3. Place crab meat on top of the rice ball.
7-4. Place chopped green onion on top of the crab meat.
Crab sushi is ready to enjoy.
    It's incredibly delicious.
