Block me if you want but ohhh nooo girl! The feather with bleach hair ...twisting technique ohh nooo nooo... you want to educate people but i think you have a little bit more to learn before that. To much texture in bleach hair create damage looking hair. Feather too. The way you take your bang for your first cut in that bang is not good. By twisting the hair one way you create a longer side that you have to cut after. Soooo just cut it not twisting. Sorry girl you have to eat some crumble before teaching that to younger hairstylist
Why would the cutting of the bangs end so abruptly?!?! And why wouldn’t you cut them in the position they will lay? I would have wet that and blow dried that before cutting , not have the big split!
it's nice that you would've done that, but she's a professional and knows what she's doing and what worked for her. They turned out gorgeous so obviously it's ok.
I would have done things differently, as well. I suppose it is all a matter of preference. This is just a different technique. There are so many ways to do the same thing to achieve the same end. It's best to go with whatever you are most comfortable doing.
Why do you never want blunt bangs - I'm curious? I love them. Kinda like New Girl bangs. It looked cute but I really could not see end result because it was so short.
Wait... I just watched a vid where you said “don’t use the razor this way, it causes split ends” then you just used the razor the way you said not to... I’m so confused.
Girl... Don't try to fool us, you had another session to fix her color. When you were cutting her hair it looked darker and brassy, all of a sudden it looks lighter when you moved to her bangs. It is not the same video if it was you must be a magician 'cause that turquoise bracelet AND ring were not there in your right hand when you started to cut her hair.
Why is she using all kinds of different techniques. If you use a razor, use a razor--no need to do twist cutting. I don't understand this twist cutting stuff.
I have to say this . Never razer dry hair it's ment to be wet to slide down the hair shaft also it can pull on clients hair and the sound is alarming to the client
I love you Mandie and how positive, bubbly and kind you are. Watching your tutorials makes me happy and puts me in a happy mood as I'm having a hard time right now. I know nothing about hair but love watching you. Wish I could find a hairdresser like you. Love from NewZealand xx.
OMG please don't use her "techniques" !!! Worst "stylist" I have EVER seen !!!!!!! && I am not alone here there is about 123,456,789 other ppl who agree with me !!!
Hey there! I was just wondering if you had ever worked with someone who had henna-ed hair before? I use Lush henna (which is supposedly 100% natural henna but is very diluted with other things like oil and Cocoa butter) but I have been looking for a change and it doesn’t seem like many hairstylists are willing to touch henna or try to dye over it. Maybe you could make a video if you’ve ever worked with dying over henna hair before? Like can you use a semi permanent color? Permanent? Nothing? etc etc. Thank you!! I’ve loved watching your vids and your transformations btw! 💕
Courtney Schaper as maya said, you cannot colour one henna, your hair will melt! It has to be cut out! Naturally henna doesn’t exist in the West, even lush doesn’t sell real henna
This hairdresser needs to go back to school. I feel for this girl. I'm not surprised we didn't see more then 2 seconds of the finished bangs we all know why. This is so bad I'm sorry but the truth.
Mandie, I did watch some of your videos, where the outcome was much better, but when you took a section to cut the right side of her hair (viewers' left), I could clearly see the line of demarcation where her highlights start. Please see 0.44 of the video. This is by no means a hate comment, but that does not look natural at all, it looks stripey. I think you did not create enough of a shadow root and you also mostly do your foils or balayage horizontally, which does not help.
i think u re a new in this !!! im a hairstylist and is horrible what you did with this girl hair is not just about learning is about talent as well and you dont have it even if you learn!! AND THAT TEHNIC IS TO BLEND THE HAIR, LIKE THIS THE HAIR WILL NOT LOOK SHARP OR UGLY IN THE ENDS !!! WTF
Sorry but at first i thought the client was a maniquin! wearing a mouthguard! and her hair looked really dried & fried sorry. The lady talks too much so annoying ugh
These types of vids are why I cut my own hair.
1000%
Omg yes. X
Me too.
Yes
... this video name is so wrong. you legit don't even talk about the bangs till 2/3 of the way in. even then you don't go into detail.
I always feel like those razor combs damage the hair and create split ends, even when new and sharp
Harley The Cockatiel you’re not suppose to use razors on dry hair
Because it’s supposed to be done on wet hair I always get my hair razored at the ends :) I don’t think this girl knows what she’s doing in the video 😂
The razor should only be used on wet hair and only used on certain textures of hair
Block me if you want but ohhh nooo girl! The feather with bleach hair ...twisting technique ohh nooo nooo... you want to educate people but i think you have a little bit more to learn before that.

her hair was soo long in the previous video now she looks old wtf ... 🙄.. your good and making young girls look old
Why would the cutting of the bangs end so abruptly?!?! And why wouldn’t you cut them in the position they will lay? I would have wet that and blow dried that before cutting , not have the big split!

Barbie I’m a professional too and the question was for Mandie, but thank you anyway.
Brie Frederick bangs are better cut on dry hair . ... just saying...
Ramona Woohoo yes I agree I do that. But I’m saying she needed to wet them to dry them in the position she would wear them in, then cut them.
I would have done things differently, as well. I suppose it is all a matter of preference. This is just a different technique. There are so many ways to do the same thing to achieve the same end. It's best to go with whatever you are most comfortable doing.
7:42 bangs starts
Bonnita Cazares mvp
Thank you so much
Why do you never want blunt bangs - I'm curious? I love them. Kinda like New Girl bangs. It looked cute but I really could not see end result because it was so short.
A.M. someitaliangirl it depends on the client and what they want some people like blunt cuts but most don’t.
Sometimes people do. This is why I cut my own bangs. I like the Bettie Page look which is very blunt bangs :)
Her bangs, you didn’t change the part before you started cutting.. they will lay differently when parted in the middle...
I would have cut the fringe wet personally but that just me the go back in when it’s dry
What the hell is internal surface layers ...I’m dead
Well you can't really tell someone that they never want blunt bangs. The client is the one that chooses what they want done to there hair.
Karen McCann agreed. This is why I cut my own bangs because I like the Bettie Page look and it’s a very blunt cut.
@@CaitlinHamilton Exactly!
8:55 This model's face is priceless! #bangs
THAT. WAS. AWFUL!
Bria Garrett thought I would have been only one ☝️! She hacked her hair
Wait... I just watched a vid where you said “don’t use the razor this way, it causes split ends” then you just used the razor the way you said not to... I’m so confused.
She’s probably like shut up already

Provisional - SJ oh yes! Definitely different day!
I think there was an extra session too
She has a video between the 1st bleaching and this one where she does the color and cut. It’s titled Part 2 something
Why is she using all kinds of different techniques. If you use a razor, use a razor--no need to do twist cutting. I don't understand this twist cutting stuff.
Do you really believe by razor cutting inside of her hair wont give her split ends?
I think her hair looks great! I do the same technique when cutting full fringe. Keep doing what you’re doing girly 💕
Her hair looks so pretty like that great job!!!
I have to say this . Never razer dry hair it's ment to be wet to slide down the hair shaft also it can pull on clients hair and the sound is alarming to the client
I love this video. I actually used the same twist for my layers and bangs. I'm excited to get some new tricks for it.
Omg thanks so much for posting!

Courtney Schaper from what I know, you cannot dye over henna. You have to cut it out
Courtney Schaper as maya said, you cannot colour one henna, your hair will melt! It has to be cut out! Naturally henna doesn’t exist in the West, even lush doesn’t sell real henna

I mean you’re licensed and I’m not but I’m learning a different way I guess you do what’s comfortable
mate great cut and salon. nice to see someone use the razor correctly.
Using a razor correctly would mean not using it on DRY, BLEACHED hair. Razor cutting is one of my specialties and this ain't it friends.
I love you so much!
Thankyou xxx
Great job thank you so much teach us 👍👍🇵🇰pakistan
People are so mean, this hair looks phenomenal. Ignore the people with rude comments they clearly don’t understand that good hair looks like.

My daughter also want to cut her bangs
Can you call me cut my hair please? Mine is to my waist and it needs something done to it.
Sorry but at first i thought the client was a maniquin! wearing a mouthguard! and her hair looked really dried & fried sorry. The lady talks too much so annoying ugh
