The controller needs improvement, including customizable controls and menu navigation. It would also be great to challenge friends on the leaderboards. Hopefully, future updates will address these issues ✌🏽
Imo the update was good, they tried to increase activity of players by adding the ladder and icons. But they still didn't fix a lot of problems that you mentioned in the video. Prize Ladder is kinda boring. I grinded for a week and I'm yet to get a single icon... Also, they could add a feature that playing on hard difficulty gives 2x rewards or something otherwise it's really pointless in terms of team upgrading.

DLS 25 in my opinion is a good game imo almost gives me old fifa vibes but way more p2w than before tho. Still i would say DLS 25 is better than DLS 24 but wont ever go back to its DLS 19 form.

A big problem with these updates is that in the quest to make the game "more realistic" it actually becomes less fun. It's also unfortunate that you cannot target specific players for improvement. Instead, you see enhancements go to "filler" players on your roster. It's also bizarre that on a forward volley that could lead to a break on goal one or both of your attackers will suddenly run away from the ball.
As a Leicester city fan, my main striker for my team is a fully upgraded 82 jamie vardy and they completely ruined his face, the character model doesn't resemble one bit to vardy and not only him there are a lot of other players whose faces the devs runied like ffs giroud is a brown skinned indian wtf

16:19 personally i (someone who's just and average player with average skill) still get angry at the gameplay and so much more at the "improved" gameplay especially when defending my defenders get "shy" and just avoid tackling the ball away from the attacker or totally refuse to after a lose ball And the auto player switch gets confused and usually don't pick players close to the opponent on the ball but usually a player that supposed to be in that position leaving space for the opponent to run into with anybody marking the player either that or the auto switch isn't fast enough like as if there's a delay And the Defending is sloppy Hope the fix some of these in coming updates And they are getting way more aggressive with ad placements like after finishing a live match it's a 30 secs ad I'm not sure about career matches

I think my main issue with the game is probably a compound of a few points he mentioned in the video. The gameplay in DLS25 has definitely been nerfed and affected in a way that even if you set the difficulty to Medium, you could find yourself struggling to even win 1-0 in a career match, but then trash the same AI difficulty level 12-0 in the next match. Something has been changed and affected in the gameplay. You could keep a clean sheet against some of the strongest AI teams, but then concede to a team full of common players and struggle to even score a goal against them. And I am just talking about the difficulty level set to Medium, not even going to the extent of Hard. Then this leads me to the issue of Dream Points. Remember, to get a maximum Dream Points score of 140 in a career match, you need to score 5 goals against the AI opponent AND keep a clean sheet against them. The cap lies in the 5 goals scored, so it sucks that you could trash the career opponent 12-0, yet still get only 140 Dream Points. Now remember the gameplay issue. You could struggle against one team, yet trash the next one in the next match. For example you win a scrappy 1-2 for your first game and the Dream Points earned is only 95. The next match you hope to do better, but at the end of the day, no matter how good you do, you score 12-0 in the next match and you only can get 140 Dream Points. This is where it sucks the most. You cannot do better in the next game such that you gain more Dream Points to "cover" what was lost in your previous game. And so, to complete the Prize Ladder, you definitely need much more than 1500 games to get the much needed 200000 Dream Points. It gets worse when the Dream Points Boost is active. Taking the Rare Boost for an example, if you don't get the maximum Dream Points for your first game when the Boost is active, it feels so painful because you know that you will never be able to compensate for the "lost" Dream Points even if you were to exceed expectations and perform superbly for the next 4 games, which may even be unlikely as well. And this is where sometimes I feel it can get discouraging for other players when they want to grind for the classic players, but the journey to get there is a tough one. One thing FTG could do is remove the cap Dream Points are awarded for scoring of goals. Currently if I am not wrong, in Career Match alone, it is 10 Dream Points for every goal scored, capped at 50 after 5 goals are scored or more. Why not just remove the cap and let us earn more when we score more? After all we deserve the points for games where we sort of "perform" better, then there will be that occasional game where we struggle to win due to the gameplay and then they can rob us of getting the full Dream Points there.
Bro like fr and its as if others aren't noticing, we're having rookie players having more strength than van dyik and pushing him around like paper, its annoying when you think of them suppressing the best of the best its so trash, and it feels like the game is purposely making your players slow to react, have inaccacurate shots and be weaker and the way they tackle bro it's annoying. On the rookie players, the passes I get, but then the way they is sooooooo baaaaad bro and all they get is an advantage, but when I do the same what do I get? RED CARD, FREE KICK and when they tackle me in a bad way the game doesn't stop and just does what I said and the player gets carded after the whistle is called that means no free kick for me and in a sense just stealing my free kick, it feels like a 1000% cheating bro like makes me so mad, the difficulty us on medium bro I mean wtf im tryna grind to upgrade my players but every game 2 games feels like a knife is at my neck, too bad not too many people pointing it out! The prize ladder is actually pretty crap 90 days to get 4 players you probably don’t want takes too long. They should make it a monthly event with less requirements for say three players at least then quite a few new players could be released in a season. I would rather just pay more coins for them on the market or some gems and pick who I want. The amount of DP points given out is rubbish as well, like you pointed out. Needs revamping.
And guess what, coins have become useless, I have 20,000+ coins sitting in the bank. Who would play 1000+ matches to get 4 players, they could very well make it like: 10,000 coins for one of the 4 players, randomly.
@minisam8610 The prize ladder itself is very easy to complete (just by winning games). The key thing is how long you have to grind to obtain all of the rewards. Keep in mind that in order to complete the prize ladder, you need 200k points. And to make things worse, you get a maximum of 140 points per game (assuming you play career mode). This means that in order to complete the prize ladder, you would need to play roughly 1500 games in 90 days or 17 games a day. Do you really think that making the prize ladder a bit less time consuming is a negative thing?
I hate the fact that in the 41212 formation the wingers are considered as midfielders so every time I click best 11 they choose midfielders which is really annoying I need to manually sort it out every time. I also don't like how every thing is behind a massive paywall like who tf pays that much for a stadium. Personally I think hard's mode definitely a bit more difficult to play especially in scenarios
I actually like your previous Theory on this from the previous video where you said that 4 brand new classic players might come after 90 days.But what I think they should do or probably will do is to put a price on these players for like $3,000 so we can buy them after their 90 days have ended.
Biggest thing for me... i need to be able to search for a player i want...or be able to lock them to be alerted when they're in thw transfer window... Because I cnt be looking at the window after every single game yet im looking for 1 player And for the cool replay be able to change to kilometres per hour and metres, as that is what i understand not yards and miles,,should be optional i think

Biggest issue I still have is the AI player change. It just sometimes dosent make sense. And also I can't seem to change player with C, which technically makes the button useless at the point other than defending

My biggest criticism of the game is that, if I buy a player from market it remove the player from the real team like why, I bought son and rodrigo and they were replaced in their respective team, like why can't Son from my team face off against son in career mode
I actually love the new update. Its made it a lot of fun to grind, and I think the one purchase that's actually worth it is the season pass. Ive bought one which is the current one and my team has increased exponentially because of the great value.

Its a decent update but still needs some improvment... Card design is bad, they are trying to be like EA FC with most of things (design and animations mostly). Gameplay has some bugs like if u just keep the ball and do nothing AI will not attack sometimes for even like 30 mins (gametime) which is absurd. Referees are also kinda random they just feel like EPL referees doing the most random things giving reds/yellow just how they feel no logic. Real team events are nice yea but i feel like the rewards are little bit usless rn like 2 rare coahes and some coins are not the thing most people with half maxed/maxed accounts would want at least give us option between Leg coach and player. Mystery events are also ass like at least make the teams fair when it is random not like this one when u face Man City as Benfica... Prize Ladder is good untill u reach first icon then u get like random thing worth nothing every 10k points which is just insanely crap.. But overall its not that bad even with the shit gameplay they at least improved accomodation, dream drafts and animations so i would give it 7/10 mostly because DLS24 was so crap.
true. Stamina drains too quickly and heals too slowly, especially in events where I usually try my best and the players had to move around a lot more. Like I get my player should get tired, but irl its not that quickly! Like, literally every wingback just cannot run after like 60 minutes, while the AIs have unlimited stamina😅

to get 200k dream points in 90 days you must win 1500 career matches winning all of them by 5-0. you need to play 16 matches per day for the 90 days to get 200k dream points.
Gameplay is too downgraded, game was interesting and enjoyable before, dls is known for its aggressive gameplay, now ending with 1-1,2-1...etc is not good.... Now You have made it like efootball but they obviously got better gameplay also various levels of difficulty so your no where near to it, fifa got those cards, pack opening so it's good on its own... DLS is gone. The old free to play model is no longer valid, it has become a sick pay to win game. FTG does not respect the gamers who made this game so big. DLS did not have season pass and all those microtransactions at one point but still we all loved the game. FTG never addressed or fixed the actual gameplay issues and bugs, but added more micro transactions to churn out more money from the players. Pathetic.
To be honest... i think that dreampoints are too hard to get. If you play 10 matches a day, you only have 1500 DP in a singular day! How much do they want us to grind? At this rate i will get my first classic player in a month or something! This is not my job 😂

The prize ladder is actually pretty crap 90 days to get 4 players you probably don’t want takes too long. They should make it a monthly event with less requirements for say three players at least then quite a few new players could be released in a season. I would rather just pay more coins for them on the market or some gems and pick who I want. The amount of DP points given out is rubbish as well, like you pointed out. Needs revamping.

they could very well make it like: 10,000 coins for one of the 4 players, randomly.
@minisam8610 The prize ladder itself is very easy to complete (just by winning games). The key thing is how long you have to grind to obtain all of the rewards. Keep in mind that in order to complete the prize ladder, you need 200k points. And to make things worse, you get a maximum of 140 points per game (assuming you play career mode). This means that in order to complete the prize ladder, you would need to play roughly 1500 games in 90 days or 17 games a day. Do you really think that making the prize ladder a bit less time consuming is a negative thing?
I hate the fact that in the 41212 formation the wingers are considered as midfielders so every time I click best 11 they choose midfielders which is really annoying I need to manually sort it out every time. I also don't like how every thing is behind a massive paywall like who tf pays that much for a stadium. Personally I think hard's mode definitely a bit more difficult to play especially in scenarios

Its a decent update but still needs some improvment... Card design is bad, they are trying to be like EA FC with most of things (design and animations mostly). Gameplay has some bugs like if u just keep the ball and do nothing AI will not attack sometimes for even like 30 mins (gametime) which is absurd. Referees are also kinda random they just feel like EPL referees doing the most random things giving reds/yellow just how they feel no logic. Real team events are nice yea but i feel like the rewards are little bit usless rn like 2 rare coahes and some coins are not the thing most people with half maxed/maxed accounts would want at least give us option between Leg coach and player. Mystery events are also ass like at least make the teams fair when it is random not like this one when u face Man City as Benfica... Prize Ladder is good untill u reach first icon then u get like random thing worth nothing every 10k points which is just insanely crap.. But overall its not that bad even with the shit gameplay they at least improved accomodation, dream drafts and animations so i would give it 7/10 mostly because DLS24 was so crap.

true. Stamina drains too quickly and heals too slowly, especially in events where I usually try my best and the players had to move around a lot more.
Like I get my player should get tired, but irl its not that quickly! Like, literally every wingback just cannot run after like 60 minutes, while the AIs have unlimited stamina😅

Gameplay is too downgraded, game was interesting and enjoyable before, dls is known for its aggressive gameplay, now ending with 1-1,2-1...etc is not good.... Now You have made it like efootball but they obviously got better gameplay also various levels of difficulty so your no where near to it, fifa got those cards, pack opening so it's good on its own... I used to say to my friends and in insta on comments that dls is also as good as pes and fifa but now they are not even 3rd for me score hero feels better

DLS is gone. The old free to play model is no longer valid, it has become a sick pay to win game. FTG does not respect the gamers who made this game so big. DLS did not have season pass and all those microtransactions at one point but still we all loved the game. FTG never addressed or fixed the actual gameplay issues and bugs, but added more micro transactions to churn out more money from the players. Pathetic.

To be honest... i think that dreampoints are too hard to get. If you play 10 matches a day, you only have 1500 DP in a singular day! How much do they want us to grind? At this rate i will get my first classic player in a month or something!
