Your method aims to earn as much gems as possible, so it's exhausting to play across the low tiers in Dream League Live as well as to quit a lot of career matches. The most common way to develop a noob account to a pro account is that gamers have to be patient playing career matches, and live matches if they want (a weak team should reach up to tier 14 or tier 15). The aim of that method is to earn coins, and the coins gained is used for legendary scout (Legendary scout has the highest chance of getting a legendary player) and buying legendary players. Of course event is a great source of legendary players and coins, that's why I said that a noob acc dealer should keep his tier at 14 or 15 or lower because events at low tiers are easier to deal with. In order to better the team rating, common agent is a great idea, but should not be implemented too much because common players are used only for team rating improvement. I recommend players try their luck using legendary scout in the beginning of the game. If a legendary player is produced, that's lucky, if no legendary player and you are out of money, then throw the account away to an another device. During the first matches there may be some secret legendary players, so keep noticing the transfer market. If a legendary secret player appears, lock him and play other matches, or don't spend gems and wait for videos to watch. Rating at 70+ may push legendary players directly to transfer market, and the process will be much easier.

Dream league was probably the best mobile football game like 10 years ago. Before it became impossible to play without spending money.
