Late, late upload. The damn rendering took a bit. With regards to this, I was intending to release another video today, but that was far too challenging to actually complete by today. I think that video will come this week. As for Armageddon 2002, it's missing another good match. If the main event delivered, people would look at it more fondly. What did you think of Armageddon 2002?
Seeing Shawn Michaels holding Big Goldie for a hot minute was fascinating and interesting to me, being that I started watching religiously in '98 when he semi retired, I felt he could have held more Championships, especially when Triple H was sucking up the legitimacy of the title in '02-'04.
@@bradlee5874 Of course, he got his life and spirit in check with God and got a second chance to be Shawn Michaels of old, in-ring wise. But, he should have won the championship more, along with Booker T and more...
HBK didn't want to be champion, in fact he was even against holding THIS title and only accepted because he would be dropping the belt after a month. I suppose it's worth remembering that most of his world titles runs ended with him having to go into rehab either for drug addiction or to nurse an injury so that might be the explanation.
@@jonathancampbell5231 it worked both ways for HHH (mostly) and HBK. HHH was HANDED the world title on a gold platter and was gonna be given a loooooong title run (from Sep 2002 - Sep 2003), but in order to break that up, they gave HBK (his best friend) a title run in the middle of that. At the time, many people wanted HBK to be world champion again, but he didn't. And since HBK wanted HHH to be the man of Raw, he pushed for him to be that guy.
I liked that Armageddon. Benoit vs Eddie was a good match, Edge vs A Train was a good mid card match, the main event was awesome. I wish there was still more 3 stages of hell matches that felt personal like that match.
No Way Out 2001-Stone Cold and HHH in the first unofficial 3 Stages of Hell Match on a WWF PPV? That felt personal despite the stupid “Who Ran Over Stone Cold” Angle datong back to Survivor Series 1999.

Angle show was a good match it played on how hard big show was to move and then when brock came in and just hoisted him effortlessly on his shoulders it added to the impact
Big Show once said that Lesnar was the third strongest guy in the company after Mark Henry and John Cena. He ranked Cena above Lesnar because while both men can lift him on their shoulders, he could feel that Cena had less trouble lifting him than Brock did, and Henry of course was the strongest because he is legitimately one of the strongest men in the world.
I thought Armageddon 02 was a solid show and had some great matches, Eddie Guerrero Vs Chris Benoit was a true wrestling classic showcasing exactly why both of them were the best wrestlers in the world, Kurt Angle Vs Big Show was surprisingly very good but then again, Kurt Angle can have a good match with anyone and him winning the WWE title to a massive pop was an epic moment. Batista Vs Kane was short and sweet but did a great job in making Batista look like a true monster. The Triple H Vs Shawn Michaels 2 out of three falls match was great but a bit too long winded, such a shame that this would be the last time that HBK would hold the world title but I still think their Summerslam 02 was their best. Booker T and Goldust winning the tag team titles was an emotional moment. Overall I quite enjoyed this ppv. Great review and keep up the good work
