- [NO MORE THAI PASS] As of 1st July, no more Thai Pass and Test and Go are required for vaccinated passengers travelling to Thailand. This is indeed a great news for all travel enthusiasts. 自七月一号开始，凡以接种疫苗的旅客想要前往泰国不再需要申请Thai Pass和购买旅游保险。这无疑对热爱旅游人士是个天大的消息。
This video was created in June 2022. Passengers were still required to hold a Thai Pass and insurance in order to enter Thailand during my short visit to Thailand. In this video, I will show you my flying experience with Thai Airways Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner's business class. Due to time constraint, I wasn't able to visit Thai Airways lounge. Hopefully I can make it to the lounge if I happen to fly with Thai Airways again in the near future. The cabin design is great with nice colour. Seat specifications are almost the same as the other typical airlines with 1-2-1 seating configuration. Cabin crew are nice and friendly. Thai Airways' food is amazing with generous portion. My biggest complain would be the dirty cabin and seats. I really doubt if they clean and disinfect the seats thoroughly, I wonder. The cleanliness of the seat really spoil and affect my impression towards its business class' image as an overall.

The food is great! Thai Airways is one of my favourites besides SQ and EVA. The cabin crew is warm, gentle and friendly. Really sad to see such a dirty seat. That not a good impression at all. TG should work on it.

Great video. Look nice on TG B789. Pity the dirty seats. Might be a long time in storage during a pandemic. Delicious meals and great crew services. I am looking forward to flying on Vietnam Airlines from Singapore to Bangkok via Saigon next month
Hopefully this "dirty cabin" issue would be highlighted by the officials. Vietnam Airlines are good too though sometimes could be erratic as well. Hope you have a great time onboard VN next month.
10-15 years ago I flew with Thai Airways on a very frequent basis due to work. They are really good. It's sad to see what they have gone through and the filthy state of the cabin that you experienced. This airline needs very serious improvements. Good video btw.

The signature drink is some kind of Thai flower in English call Asian pigeonwings mix with lemonade it taste really good

Yes, its really not expected the state of the cabin and in Business Class! Thai Airways crew, always great but just like Malaysia Airlines, its the top management that is literally to be blamed. Travelled a few years back with their 777 to Bangkok. Love the 787 Dreamliner. It just took 1 hour and 55 minutes to reach Suvarnabhumi Airport. I also noticed the cheaper toiletries provided. Goodness.
Good video, I would be peed-off not having a window after paying premium cost for BC. As for the uncleaned compartment this is totally unacceptable.
A complaint to Thai Air customer service with your photos attached should warrant a huge discount on a future flight!
Thanks for reminding me about that. Yeah, I think they didn't reply me after I received those official acknowledgment e-mail from the system. Seems that they don't bother so much about Thai Airways. I know this airline is good and also used to be good, to me it seems very erratic. Btw, thanks for dropping by my video.

Hi. Too bad, I was in a hurry for boarding the other day and I didn't make it to the lounge. Regarding your question, I guess Royal Silk Lounge is still open because I remember "you are invited to Royal Silk Lounge" was printed on the boarding pass. Therefore I assume it's still open in KLIA.

Not their hub so they didn't clean and it not Thai airways first dreamliner the first one is HS-TQA the 788 and they do a quick turn
I guess probably the stains, dirty spot were there for quite some time already. Even if it is not their hub, full service airlines pay for the service (cleaning) upon touch down.
They should hire new cleaning company who have better cleaning quality and more attention into detail.

If I were you I would feel upset. Knowing the fact that the border is open up and people are flying. Many staff are coming back to work and be familiar with everything at this time. But that excuse cannot be accepted. Hopefully Thai Airways will look into this matter seriously.

It's Thai Airways signature drink. It have no idea about its actual ingredient but it taste like the mixture of grape and apple, I guess. It really tastes great.
I think the purple drink is the Butterfly peas lemonade :)
It's called 'Violet Bliss', it made with butterfly pea flower and lime juice:)

What a sad state? They will just keep falling if they don't improve immediately. The dirtiness is really unacceptable.
Tats not just disgusting it definitely spoil the image of Thai Airways. Passengers dont deserve to receive this kind of service.
