settings>apps and features>optional features>add feature and you will able to see the media feature pack and install it, this is the type of option if u cant install the media feature pack

@@Pandaaaaa5 I figured it out, the file that your missing, damged, errored, or corrupted just delete it in system 32 and get one download at the dll website. Replace the new one in system 32.
