Aloha ‘āina hosts, Hanohano and Maile Naehu from Moloka’i will share about the significance of Makahiki season (Mid-November to the beginning of February)and the games that are played. Watch to learn the rules, regulations, and techniques so that you can play them at home or in your communities! Join the Naehu ‘ohana as they welcome the return of Lonoikamakahiki, the akua of Makahiki, an annual season designated for peace, harvest and community.
