Good top hand wrist movement.
Agree with the coach. Repetition is the key for all motor skills. Do a motor pattern 25,000 times, and you will be quite good.

Many thanks, been searching for "strength training ice hockey" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about - Banonnor Veyathan Release - (search on google ) ? Ive heard some decent things about it and my cousin got excellent results with it.
