- Yes somehow this is my first medical conference but it was WELL worth the wait. Presenting a small poster at the American Society of Anesthesiologists Annual Meeting was an incredible experience, but the people I met along the way was what really made this trip priceless. Thank you to everyone who came out and said hi to me and Shaun, words seriously cannot express the gratitude we feel to be able to meet those who watch our silly videos in real life. Conferences are definitely overstimulating, but there is something so special about getting to deep dive into your work passion alongside some of your best friends/colleagues! Also, the goodie bags of free stuff is such a plus haha.
Wish anesthesia conferences had better goodie bags, can’t be handing out samples of controlled substances 😅
