There's a great quote, "Professional wrestlers are theater nerds trapped in jocks' bodies." Which is probably why he took to being blindsided so well, he respects the theatrics of it.

i love this man. he just seems like such a loving person and all around great guy. despite being recruited he wasn’t an idiot player. i want to see him play again
I loved John on Survivor, and now I can't take him seriously as a heel. I do love him and Miz though.
For a big strong guy you think he would be super chocky ( like dan is) but he is actually super humble and nice. I remember on tiva beach he was such a gentleman and really cared for everyone

One thing I wish had happened with John would've been that he made the loved one visit, because I just get the feeling that his reunion with Taya (his wife, then fiance) would have been really heartwarming.
When I found out John Morrison was going to be on Survivor I felt like two worlds collided. As a wrestling fan and survivor fan this got me very excited.
Hands down my favorite from this season
I looked at him for one time and automatically thought that he would be like Jack from bb21. How could I be so far from the truth. This dude is awesome.

@@ledeux Actually it does for instances we have Woo from survivor Cagayan despite being deemed a follower he was likable that fans actually voted for him to return to Cambodia, second chance is not about who played the greatest, it's every player's motivation to why they deserve a second chance.
Yup but I do not think his current lifestyle will allow him to return because of his busy schedule.

I will always remember his wrestlemania match with Snooki and Trish Stratus. I'm surprised he did not go on to bigger things in WWE as he was extremely talented.

In past pro wrestling was treated as a sport and we believed that wrestlers in ring are the same outside the ring, but that is not true. Now that we know, how they portray their in-ring roles makes us appreciate them even more.
There's no way he was under contract with WWE. Vince won't let wrestlers use twitch during a pandemic. God for his he'd let a superstar go on survivor
