Hi, I live in São Miguel and i can tell you that there's defenitly some hiding gems that you missed because they are not well known to the tourists. Idk if you went to Porto Formoso perish but they have a beautifull water fall and beach.
In Água d'alto perish they have a spot called Trinta Reis where you catch a trail to 2 beautifull waterfalls. If you want i can show ya guys via social network some pictures of it. Thanks for the video of my beautifull island!

hugo lima hi. Need help, right now in sao miguel and tomorow is my girlfriends birthday. Wanted to take her to nice restaurant with a good view. If there is good sea food then thats perfect. Just wanted to have a view while we eat. Maybe some sugestions?

Just to share. I currently live in Boston.My moms side is from Sao Miguel. My grandfather just passed away on monday. And watching this just brought tears to my eyes. The memories of being there and seeing this video just reminded me of so much. I literally ate at Tonys lol. Honestly thank you for sharing. Great video quality. My great grandfather and great grandmother came from the Azores. I have visited three times in the last 3 years. I absolutely love this magical place. I come all the way from California. I wish I lived on the east coast as you do, I would be able to visit more often, since it would be cheaper and much faster and easier traveling there. Go as much as you can, I have a feeling it’s going to get more crowded and more expensive the more its discovered.
Prices have winced increased! But super reasonable.
Check out the natural swimming pool in santo Antonio. Check your mirrors on the hills and turns!

you have to go to the other islands... your gonna love it!! i am from Terceira, but you have to go to São Jorge, its sooooooo beautifull, the energie its so diferent from the other islands in Azores.

The islands are smaler than São Miguel but all so diferent, all so beautifull. We are from Terceira but we have a house at Graciosa, a rental, AL, we already recived people from all over the world. Thanks for the great travel tips! We used your vids to plan a week in Sao Miguel a few weeks ago. Somehow we forgot about checking the tides before going to Ponta da Ferraria...went at high tide lol. My husband went in anyway, but it was cold and the waves were rocking. Oh well, excuse to go back to the Azores! PS-we searched RUclips for travel to the Azores and your vids were by far the best!

GREAT VIDEOS. For some reason I feel like the prices went up a little bit for us in April. Furnas is 2 Euro. Dona Beija is still 4. The other 2 paying thermal pools are 8 euro due to their parks. Terra Nostra is worth it. The other one is meh. I'm jealous we were not able to go in the water at the ocean one, but it was still a beautiful site to see.

Ferraria I'm pretty sure is located on the West ( because I live there ) xP. Very good on explaining the hot and cold spots! Actually the Island was formed by not only one but Three huge volcanos so yeah, basically everywhere here is in volcano reach xP thanks for the appreciation and overall for visiting too :) cheers!

We just got back from Sao Miguel 6/3/2018, 9 days there, you need nerves of steel to drive to the ocean hot pool, 50 degrees or more 8ft wide rap, we turned around, if you are fair and have any skin or scalp condition, like sunburn do not, I repeat do not put your head in the hot waterfall or outlet, because you will regret it.

I am from St Michael but now live in Canada... yes, everything there is just AMAZING!! from people, to food, to landscape, to culture! I miss home so much! I am so happy that the world is starting to know these islands, yes cause the Azores is not only Sao MIguel :) xox

The government, the politics, young people cant even afford an appartment, things are so expensive for someone making 500 € month, its like we never left the dictature. Yes its hard and we miss "home" but life there is different, because the same people who are nice can be nosy too...

Drone laws are constantly changing - we’re not officials and probably not the best to give legal advice on drone piloting. I can tell you that we've never have had any issues transporting our drone throughout Europe.
Just try to follow guidelines as much as possible and you should be fine.
90% of our drone shots are all freestyled manually. I only use POI every now and then but usually do those by hand too 😃
