This. Reload isn’t the same for me and I played the game because of the hitscan guns. Even now that I am used to the projectile guns, I find hitscan more fun and satisfying to use
I still can't believe that 2 weeks before chapter 5 started fortnite decided to scrap augments that decision alone made the matches less unique and interesting pls fortnite bring back augments 😭
I hate augments so much like genuinely, they were mostly lame and boring and it just felt like I was being babied and given shit for free, it felt like useless clutter, I hope they never return
@@BrickFort_ i think they just needed to push each augment one zone back, it didn't feel nescessary to get one early on but getting a full loadout after surviving late was pretty satisfying. that and half the augments being boring stat changes sucked
@@thunder2275 nah that probably still wouldn’t fix them for me, they just felt like extra boring clutter on top of like the 50 other clutter things they added during ch4 like caches, loot island and storm beacons, I think now they’ve all been revised, getting rid of caches and augments was something I liked a lot, so if they were to being back augments, I’d want them to completely revise how they work
Should also split build and zero build lootpool even for casual as some casuals don’t like stuff that constantly break builds without any counter (cars)
I would like that too but the main issue is that epic found out that most people don’t really want to play for that much and for how long a season is there not enough to reach those really high levels realistically so if there were to return they should set the level to a more possible thing to do with a season which is 2 and half months
Sorry that's been replaced with the crew skins , you know the ones where u have to spend $50 dollars to get the styles, do me a favour and look at the crew skin , now would you pay 50 for that skin if it was in the shop , if so then your already a lost cause , worthless virtual items are not content .
To me chapter 3 season 2 was where fortnite was at peak (Even tho the season wasn't that good) You had zero build You had smooth shooting with hit scan You had sliding sprinting and mantling as movement and it was 10 times smoother than chapter 5 Like chapter 5 just doesn't feel like fortnite and the only time it does is in reload (and hardly because of the weird movement)
13:10 We need mini bosses with key cards back and little vaults and Capture points like on loot Island in chapter 4, they were everywhere in landing in a place didn't feel dead.
10 lists of how ch 6 can be fortnites biggest comeback 1} old locker ui (ch 4 one) 2} 10 or 8 season this chapter 3} remove bullet shit guns 4} return of hitscan guns 5) new ui for shop or the old one 6} animated lobbys come back to the game 7} old movement back 8} map with multiple biomes 9} a mix of ch 4-ch1 graphics 10} live events every season or two season and not yearly, or mini events every season
Okay everything I like what you said but why the old movement...if Epic kept it at the old movement people would still complain about it being stale and boring
I agree with most of that, some of that we already have or we just wouldn’t work too well. I think current graphics are good but they need more color for sure, mix of ch4 and 3 or maybe a return to an upgraded ch2 would be good. Every map has always had multiple biomes and currently movement is completely fine, I agree with everything else
[12:00) How about Terrain Towers. A tilted towers that is surrounded in grassy vines and nature. You can still go inside them but the buildings are somewhat or mostly run down to show age.
7 things I want: 1. Permanent loot pool split (I don't want stupid stuff from pubs in Ranked) 2. Removal of medalions (bring back augments) & weapon attachments (you're telling me i have to wait on a bunker which could be million miles away from my place and i believe it doesn't always spawn so that my gun doesn't suck? get that crap out) 3. Reducing the amount of armoured walls you can carry at once (6 stack is diabolical in a trio/squad setting) 4. Fun yet balanced mobility items 5. 50 effective Siphon in Ranked (Including Ranked Reload) 6. Hitscan 7. Removal of Gatekeeper Shotgun, just in general, going back to pump/tac/charge meta.
no car metas, gauntlets, jetpack teleport, and other items that basically render anyone who just shoots absolutely defenseless.. We need hitscan, better battle pass style like CH2S4 marvel style cards, progressive skins and not just do lvl 200 and more,
I hate how u have to wait half the game for bunkers, which is pretty much useless. Since there's mythics and better weapons everywhere, especially in the Avengers and doom chests
@@Raddish-IS-Radd it's stupid overpowered, you can die in a second. So annoying to fight against, only way you can die with it is when you have to reload. It's not as cringe as the Frenzy Auto shotty but it's still cringe and annoying to fight against. I don't want any spammy/auto shotguns.
One thing I want is Fortnite to utilize what a good mobility item is. Something that isn’t what I feel is over the top (cars and hover jets) And for them to think of zero build more.
Bring back hitscan, make zero builds indestructible (when a tree is the only thing to hide behind to heal or reload and it breaks in 10 seconds). Bring back the goofy weapons and items and even vehicles, slow down the collabs and become more original again, get rid of medallions, bring back traps, bring back ltms, longer sprint times, i understand trying new things for the better but sometimes the better is not the best thing
@@cheerful_crop_circleyes and im not even bad with them. idk y this would matter that much but aiming in front of someone rather than straight at them just seems more annoying and less fun
I agree with old locations returning. Chapter 2 and 3 were made better by the remixes and old locations. They gave people something familiar to latch on to and start to get familiar with the other locations. They were anchors of sorts. But mainly it’s cool to see old places change. Case in point chapter 2 season 3 and how pleasant park was on rafts and all which was really fun.
I had an idea that they could add medallions in chests and have them like a skill tree. Combining augments, weapon mods, and medallions while keeping it fresh and not dependent on bosses, which for me are getting real old.
Epic games gave up on traps due to the rise of peace control when there are many ways they could have been balanced instead. They could make a trap that has limited range, so you *have* to be in the same tile as the trap you're placing, creating a risk reward type situation, they could have EMPS disable them, they can make it so you can only carry one type or trap at a time, they can experiment with how long it takes a trap to build. There's so much to be done but they pretty much gave up But if they don't want to do this, I'd at least like to see more mobility and defensive traps. I think a trap version of the shield bubble, or the speed boost from creative would fit rlly well in br
-Some old weapons, some new weapons -Old cartoony graphics(like ch4), ch5 graphics are too realistic this is not cod -No bulletdrop -No collabs, epic needs to make original skins, collabs are too much -Have a storyline, a GOOD storyline If you make a theme for a season, stick with it, don't change it during the season -reguraly update a season Bring back ch4 ui its way better than the ch5 ui -make fortnite fortnite again, it's now just collabs and op items -remove mods, bring back upgrade benches -Make the career the old career, when you got achiements -If they put a collab in the game, don't make an item, poi for every collab,
15:26 I agree, it also would help out in fights, because if I hear the sound of a scar in current Fortnite, for all I know the enemy could have a gold or a grey.
I agree with all of this except weapon mods. If you get a weapon, you should have the same opportunity as a player with the same weapon, bringing fights closer to skill.
Unpopular opinion: i want the train coming back. Not like the current one but a faster one. "BuT tHe TrAiN hAs TrAsH LOoT" its a train! Its not supposed to have loot, its supposed to bring you around the map quickly, not to bring loot, reason why i just want the train to be as fast/faster than cars. Its a train!
I think the most important thing that the game needs to have that old Fortnite vibe is the LTMs. Epic has only gotten better about it the past year with Chapter 5 and yet, it's still only 1 LTM a season. The thing that I think originally kept Fortnite alive was the frequency of LTMs that would switch up the gameplay loop. Epic doesn't really do them anymore because they seem to think Creative 2.0 fills that void, when I'd say that 90% of the Creative games just aren't interesting and they don't have that Epic Games touch to them. Even if Creative were to somehow be filled with a lot more interesting original creations, I'd still say that LTMs absolutely revive this game. On the first day that Day of Doom was out, the numbers for that mode beat out Zero Build. The Doom Battle Mini Event wasn't technically an LTM, but it played like one and it switched up the game just enough that the servers were starting to get overwhelmed by player numbers. In conclusion, people think that they want old POIs, old weapons, all that stuff for Fortnite to return to its prime, and I could agree to some degree; however I think the frequency of LTMs switching up the same old loop is what the game really needs more than anything to feel like prime Fortnite.
I agree with this so much the creative fun ltm were fun to play and have my best memories in fortnite history I hope we do get more and I'm happy to see that epic are sort of bringing them back I mean the floor is lava return was the best part about chapter 5 season 2
The 3 biggest things we need back out of everything, OG running speed/animation, traps, and the last one no one talks about, is no more first person ADS (except snipers). Nobody ever talks about this but the first person ADS is such a weird mechanic in a 3rd person game. It doesn’t fit in the game. And the game blew up as a 3rd person shooter, setting it apart from the other FPS giants like Call of duty. When they added first person ADS, it felt like Epic trying to copy the competition instead of focusing on their own unique features.
I COULD NOT agree with you more. Og movement animations made the game have more momentum/strife, and the weapon modslook so realistic like COD, and yeah it doesn’t fit in this game
Augments were so fun! They'd go perfectly with Weapon Mods. Also, we should be able to remove attachments away from Benches within our Backpack inventory!
I've only played one game of this year's fortnitemares, and I'm loving it! Definitely feels like an event rather than an obligation epic games had to fulfill
ikr! my only complaint is that the marvel items are still in the game, namely the jetpack. they removed the olympian items during the avatar event a few months ago so I don't understand why the marvel items (that completely clash with the new stuff such as the chainsaw) are still in the game
@thunder2275 Bro everyone complained when they removed the season’s items for the Avatar collab, for good reason. They should never remove items that tie into the theme of the season.
We need to get rid of the new look of fortnite, we need a transition of the art style back to something that resembles the look of Fortnite, that paired with classic gameplay features (traps/goofy items) and fresh hit scan weapons would definitely get me excited for the next chapter
The thing about making weapon attachments lootable items is that I know someone out there is gonna compare it to Apex, since they do the very same thing where attachments appear on the ground and come in differently rarities, and every weapon in that game has slots for said attachments, and the number and type can vary a lot The key difference here is the attachments make the weapon's rarity, no weapon outside of special modes and the Level 4 and 5 "Mythic" weapons have rarities, and even then they all deal the same damage across the board, it's the attachments that make the gun in that game
I personally enjoy the overtime quests and challenges that started with season 7. We do have this in the form of the quest rewards and extra rewards but there was something special about feeling like you were spending more time in the season than you should’ve. It also built hype for the next season, because it meant they needed extra time to work on it.
Agree! However I would also like to add to your point about the POIS not being as good, I think it has mostly to do with their layouts. The reason why I avoid POIs like Redline Rig, Nitrodrome, Gland Glacier, Mount Olympus, Brutal Beachhead and Grim Gate is one simple reason. Their layouts are horrible. Traversing through them is a huge pain (especially the rig and the nitrodrome) because of how the loot is scattered, but most importantly because those POIs were designed EXCLUSIVELY IN MIND to be a Boss POI. The Center is for the boss and the boss only, the outskirts have loot, which makes it bad already, then add verticality to it (Rig, Olympus, Nitrodrome) and it becomes horrible to land at. Those POIs worked on their respective seasons because of the boss, but now that the boss is gone, the POI is useless because it was designed to keep the boss in mind. More POI's should be like Castle Doom, The Underworld or Reckless Railways, where the boss is secluded on one area and the rest of the POI is good and still landable after the boss is gone.
7:38 I really haven’t played very long, I started during wrecked. But I liked the car mods. At the time I started my friends were all like “don’t get cars because they bring too much attention to you and you’ll get killed” and being new to the game I took their advice. By the time I realized they were just saying that because they thought the mods were dumb I only had a couple weeks left to enjoy the attachments but I thought it was fun 12:07 tumbled towers. That’s the next step after a tilt. And if the building was upright it would just make it funny
Apart from POIs with gimmicks or interactable features like Steamy Stacks or Slurpy Swamp, the thing I want the most for ch 6 are the old goofy vehicules he had and I know its probably not possible since we have the new RR/RL cars but man do I miss the golf cars, the shooping karts, the drift boards and the choppers, I wish we could have those back in some form, and the same goes for the ch 2 and ch 3 trucks, just imagine if they selled an Optimus Prime themed truck in the item shop and you could use it in BR, wouldn´t be so cool? But I´m getting side tracked, I hope we get old vehicules back.
OLD DAMAGE NUMBERS, Itemized car mods (and before you go crazy, just chonkers and cow catcher), repair torches, toolboxes, bigs in large ammo boxes, higher car diversity (prevalents, bears, mudflaps, etc), everything fishing (collection book, pro rod, special fishes), character descriptions, BOATS, gas cans around the map. And this is just some that i can think of the top of my head.
Things I hate about chapter 5 Not much trap selection No hitscan No fun vehicles that aren’t regular cars No rpgs No sniper for half of the chapter Can’t use my wraps on cars No augments when they allowed fun and strategic options No cartoonish like graphics I’ll take any chapter that’s not chapter 5 No exotics Terrible weapons I want variety and strong weapons with some rarity exclusive like the rpg as purple or gold Movement is weird and slow to me so bring back og movement I like attachments just make them more available and maybe even do something special or have rarities with different effectiveness
I kinda like fortnite without Snipers, Snipers are literally so annoying, u literally have to be cautious about everything, and In zero build, ur pretty much more in the open
what gives me hope about ch6 is: Fortnite OG the first Fortnite OG brought never before seen numbers to the game, they wouldn't be able to apply that lesson (that people like og Fortnite more than whatever they have going on now) on ch5 because by then ch5 was already finished however, right after CH4 ended they started working on ch6, witht the knowledge about Fortnite OG and I seriously doubt those lessons and those numbers and that pressure from upstairs fell on deaf ears i really hope they go back to a more unique, more chaotic Fortnite chapter next year
I think a key factor for fn ch6 to be good is we need a good map. And I am talking about a more simple map that kind of resembles more the earlier chapter maps (1-2). That has the classic light green tone all over with the exception of 1 or 2 biomes. As the chapter progresses they can add more chaotic POIs (not to many tho). I think the map also doesn't even need to be chaotic as long as they add fun and kinda chaotic items/ weapons. A key feature I also would like to see return is the shake down mechanic and choppas their return has been teased for so many season now that they should bring them back by ch6.
Ive thought about some of these a lot and ive had a few ideas 1. Traps should be used again, some things like the spike trap could be rebalanced or reworked, as well as other features, some from stw like B.A.S.E as a trap or augment would be cool, the ability to upgrade builds so actual forts are reliable, the right click punch from outlanders could be a cool attack, and an edit for every combo or at least edits for sliding would be cool 2. I think they need to make mods loot but if they keep the benches they need to add one to every poi and add more options and maybe mod types, i would love to see an exotic type with incendiary rounds, emp rounds, explosive rounds tracker rounds, overload mag, extra hitscan range of theres still projectiles, all kinds of silly stuff but you can only have 1 on a gun and they cost more 3. Biome based loot and mythic reworks, I dont like bosses because that means mythics/ medallions or whatever they have are guaranteed to spawn at a location which kills a lot of players and always gives a better gun, I prefer reloads method of chests over AI and bosses i hate them, I can live with them but they should spawn at random locations every match at the very least, as well as after a seasons over or every biome introduced should have special loot only there, chains in the underworld, bolts in olympus, even the basic biomes
I want Epic to understand that having each season start out super bombastic isn’t good for the season overall. Seasons like Chapter 1 Season 6 and Chapter 2 Season 8 were seasons where we got very little map changes and not much huge new content, however these seasons are regarded as great overall and didn’t feature the same content drought that we have experienced in every season this chapter. I just want the game to slow down a bit, especially when we have so little time on these maps. It feels like I have so little time to explore these maps when I’m constantly finding new POIs each season that completely change how the map looks instead of just changing a few buildings like in the old days.
5:36 agreed augments have potential even simple one would be great. Like one can just be that a live grenade drops from where your opponent died when you kill them. Something that simple is still very effective and would not be game breaking as add an icon of a bomb emoji or something near a knocked players health bar to let their teammates know. It just can add strategy and changes in the game. As in that scenario crowding around the knocked player to revive them fast is risky as if they die a grenade hits them all.
They should have merged augments and mods into 1 feature Maybe a barrel for snipers that gave you siphon like the sniper siphon augment or a clip that gave you anti gravity like the augment that gave you low gravity when sprint jumping
Tbh i think they should at least let you switch the weapon attachments of the guns you have in your inventory, like for example you want an extended mag on your gatekeeper shotgun (not shure why anybody would want that) and you have an ar with an extended magazine in your inventory, and then you could just take it off and put it on another weapon anywhere you want.
I don't even necessarily want Old POIs coming back. I want POIs that Feel like Original Fortnite. Like how Lazy Lake was basically kinda had the same layout as tilted, just with different buildings. Or how Misty Meadows felt like Happy Hamlet
I liked Lonely Labs from Chapter 4 and Hazy Hillside in Chapter 5 for this reason, Lonely reminded me of a small scale Frosty Flights without Planes and Hazy reminded me of a Mix between Happy Hamlet and Misty Meadows. Those are the only 2 POIs I've genuinely liked since Chapter 3
I personally hope that, if there's sand on the next map, Sand Tunneling needs to come back, as it was such a fun feature. But, I suppose the return of upgrade benches would also be nice, assuming they're cheaper, cause 500 to fully upgrade a weapon is criminal and ridiculous.
For weapon mods it would be really cool if they added some of the 6th perks from stw to br, like affliction, snaring and one of my favorites: Reloading reduces your current health by 12.5%. On the next enemy hit, deal 29-132 damage based on the percentage of your missing health in a 0.75 tile radius. (yes that is a real thing)
I saw upgrade benches and instantly clicked, Omg I miss them so much, I loved the mechanic so much, you’d have to pay a price (mats) to get an ingame advantage and it was just so simple and fun and it was satisfying to upgrade your gun from something like blue to purple or purple to gold not to mention you even had the choice to switch it to the other version of the gun
I feel as if the Medallions from this current chapter are basically augments but itemized. Think about it for a sec, some medallions like the Aspect of Agility medal could easily been implemented as an augment within chapter 4, and even a ton more medallions from this chapter. And also, could you imagine A POI combination between Slurpy Swamps and Weeping Woods from Ch2?
Honestly two things would make me like Fortnite significantly more, hitscan just feels right, but also progressive maps. This chapter is not what I want, I do really appreciate the seasons having good changes and keeping the previous, but I mean at minimum mid season map updates, after a few weeks the map feels stale because we don’t get the amount of content we used to so I understand not having a bi weekly item and to have it work on all modes, but some kinda map change would help with a seasonal longevity. Fortnitemares this year is amazing and that’s what I want, but per season not event, we could have had another map change that was strictly marvel would have made this maps 10x better imo
I want the cool battle pass rooms like when in chapter 2 season 1-4 i thought it was creative that you could go back into Deadpool’s room and interact with it
augments are great but they were way too unbalanced back in chapter 4 if they come back they need to be fixed like one augment would be "the first bullet of your ar does 1 extra damage" and the other is "you instantly get gifted a mythic spaz and you also now have 5000 health"
Honestly, just no more weapon mods and mod benches. It felt like it was pointless and underbaked, an attempt to diversify loot pools that ultimately just muddied every single one instead and made weapons at their base feel straight up terrible.
I really like the idea of weapon attachments, i just don't like how they basically sacrificed hitscan for it, the game genuinely feels unplayable at times with every weapon being projectile, so i feel like they should bring it back for chapter 6, however, if they keep attachments, to not make red dot ARs too powerful, like with the MK7 for example, there should be a trade of were if you add a scope to your weapon, it becomes projectile, yes its unrealistic, but this is a game were a Banana man, Goku, Spider man, Darth Vader and Superman fight to the death, so realism really shouldn't be Fortnites focus in my eyes
I agree all of this especially *augments* and the *weapons/traps* but what I also want is og unique type vehicles that aren’t just cars but do whacky stuff like the baller or hoverboards but something new. I also hate the weapons too this chapter and they haven’t even had all guns in the lootpool for my locker like where are the *snipers* half the time and where are my *RPGs* and grenade launchers I have *cosmetics* for them and they are fun so why aren’t they in game? Last but not least I want hitscan because it just feels better and makes long range fights more worth taking just like competitive fortnite chapter 1-4.
I don’t like the mod system cus it so annoying to find a amazing rarity ar with no sight but augments were such a unique idea but they weren’t impactful enough in my opinion. Also bring back hitscan lol. The rarity idea was also very good 👍
I think hitscan is a must. But tbh I think medallions must go. I think it was a cool experiment but I like augments were way cooler and better. EVERYONE in the match could have cool perks. I’ll be honest, later on in chapter 4 they were pointless but they were still way better then medallions
In my opinion, the striker pump is better than the sharp tooth pump and hammer pump. But you`re right on everything else. For example the scar was back then so special, bc it was only available in epic or legendary. And I believe they need to go back to cartoonic graphic. That doesn`t mean Chapter 1 graphics. For me its either Season OG graphics (old graphics + ue 5) or chapter 4 graphics. I would find Chapter 4 graphics better, bc they can upgrade it more and still let it look cartoony.
yeah i dont get why they needed to get rid of these spots when chapters only last a year, so it's not like things would get that stale. My fav spots in a while were slappy shores and hazy just cause they looked like normal, real-life places
Klarque, you’ve outdone it again. This video is well crafted and fun to watch; valid points, common community goals, and great editing. Keep up the good work.
5:00 there was an augment where being covered in mud healed you. There was also an augment where being in a bush gave you the mud effect or whatever.. so it really wasn’t that bad. It just switched from bush heals you to mud heals you, with bush being a way to get mud
The one thing I want more than anything is a return to the cartoony art style and graphics. I want Fortnite's look to come back. And, I believe in Epic Games to do so.
Can we please also get shockwaves removed and have them replaced by impulses or launchpads. I find it very annoying that every time I get someone weak they just shockwave away.
According to leaks (don't quote me on this), Chapter 6 might introduce a new cosmetic type after god knows how long. It will be the ability to reskin the way builds look.
This is probably an underrated opinion; I really think they should bring back crafting though. I absolutely loved being able to craft and sidegrade my stuff, I thought it was a good way to help spice up the game.
In my humble opinion: BURN THE WEAPON ATTACHMENTS. They are at best the reason someone chooses one gun over another, and at worse a lazy way to nerf boss weapons
It's rumored to be Classic Japanese themed so what if tilted 3 (I think lazy lake was tilted 2) will be like Jinjitsu crossing like a bunch of big temple and old style houses. Either way fortnite's team is almost done with the whole recalibration of doing everything with a smaller team and will deliver better from now on I'm pretty damn sure of it.
One thing about this chapter is i havent been this into anything as much as chapter 4. This entire chapter i have been kinda meh but this fortnitemares is the only thing since chapter 4 thats had me excited feeling like it was extremely fun.
I like the weapon rarity system now, same weapon just better recoil control, reload time, and damage, depending on the color. Giving a weapon new abilities, new names, a new look, based on rarity, just seems really confusing. Like with the assault rifle becoming the scar at a purple rarity is just weird.
Do you have thoughts on Transformers One? Would love to hear them, even if it’s just a short! Also, I personally don’t much care for augments, for me I only want 2 things: Bring back hit scan, and give us permanent chest spawns. If they do that, I’ll be pretty happy.
you are talking about high tier and low tier, this system obviously is needed BUT ALSO, i think it would be cool if mythic guns had their own "higher" tier sort of like exotics
Bring back the wacky, chapter 2-4 art style. We also need more diversity and creativity with POIS and biomes.

I think current graphics are good but they need more color for sure, mix of ch4 and 3 or maybe a return to an upgraded ch2 would be good. Every map has always had multiple biomes and currently movement is completely fine, I agree with everything else
And we already got mini events every season
Honestly, if all 10 of these could come back, it would make for a great chapter

7 things I want:
1. Permanent loot pool split (I don't want stupid stuff from pubs in Ranked)
2. Removal of medalions (bring back augments) & weapon attachments (you're telling me i have to wait on a bunker which could be million miles away from my place and i believe it doesn't always spawn so that my gun doesn't suck? get that crap out)
3. Reducing the amount of armoured walls you can carry at once (6 stack is diabolical in a trio/squad setting)
4. Fun yet balanced mobility items
5. 50 effective Siphon in Ranked (Including Ranked Reload)
6. Hitscan

There's so much to be done but they pretty much gave up
But if they don't want to do this, I'd at least like to see more mobility and defensive traps. I think a trap version of the shield bubble, or the speed boost from creative would fit rlly well in br
-Some old weapons, some new weapons
-Old cartoony graphics(like ch4), ch5 graphics are too realistic this is not cod

-No collabs, epic needs to make original skins, collabs are too much
-Have a storyline, a GOOD storyline

-make fortnite fortnite again, it's now just collabs and op items
-remove mods, bring back upgrade benches
-Make the career the old career, when you got achiements
-If they put a collab in the game, don't make an item, poi for every collab,
15:26 I agree, it also would help out in fights, because if I hear the sound of a scar in current Fortnite, for all I know the enemy could have a gold or a grey.
I loved the loot tower at the poi's and landmarks there are still some in this season but there significantly less than when we started.
I like the First person for assault rifles but that’s it
OG movement animation needs come back
I COULD NOT agree with you more. Og movement animations made the game have more momentum/strife, and the weapon modslook so realistic like COD, and yeah it doesn’t fit in this game
by fp ADS you mean scopes?

The thing about making weapon attachments lootable items is that I know someone out there is gonna compare it to Apex, since they do the very same thing where attachments appear on the ground and come in differently rarities, and every weapon in that game has slots for said attachments, and the number and type can vary a lot
The key difference here is the attachments make the weapon's rarity, no weapon outside of special modes and the Level 4 and 5 "Mythic" weapons have rarities, and even then they all deal the same damage across the board, it's the attachments that make the gun in that game
All i want back is the old movement animations it was one of the things that i loved about the game it just looked so smooth and premium
By the time I realized they were just saying that because they thought the mods were dumb I only had a couple weeks left to enjoy the attachments but I thought it was fun
12:07 tumbled towers. That’s the next step after a tilt. And if the building was upright it would just make it funny
I also think fortnite should definitely bring back ch4 graphics and art style. the game just looked beutiful, especially on new gen consoles
Ngl I think a great poi from chapter 5 was Ritzy Rivera, hugely underrated I think.
The augment being ready wasn’t even that annoying or obnoxious it would just show up on the side and make a noise once
Things I hate about chapter 5
Not much trap selection
No hitscan
No fun vehicles that aren’t regular cars
No rpgs
No sniper for half of the chapter
Can’t use my wraps on cars
No augments when they allowed fun and strategic options
No cartoonish like graphics I’ll take any chapter that’s not chapter 5
No exotics
Terrible weapons I want variety and strong weapons with some rarity exclusive like the rpg as purple or gold
Movement is weird and slow to me so bring back og movement
I like attachments just make them more available and maybe even do something special or have rarities with different effectiveness
Umm actually, pumpkin launcher is an rpg reskin 🤓🤓
I kinda like fortnite without Snipers, Snipers are literally so annoying, u literally have to be cautious about everything, and In zero build, ur pretty much more in the open
what gives me hope about ch6 is: Fortnite OG
the first Fortnite OG brought never before seen numbers to the game, they wouldn't be able to apply that lesson (that people like og Fortnite more than whatever they have going on now) on ch5 because by then ch5 was already finished
however, right after CH4 ended they started working on ch6, witht the knowledge about Fortnite OG and I seriously doubt those lessons and those numbers and that pressure from upstairs fell on deaf ears
i really hope they go back to a more unique, more chaotic Fortnite chapter next year
only issue with chapter 5 was the pub loot pool being in comp but they've started to fix that a *LITTLE BIT*
Ive thought about some of these a lot and ive had a few ideas
1. Traps should be used again, some things like the spike trap could be rebalanced or reworked, as well as other features, some from stw like B.A.S.E as a trap or augment would be cool, the ability to upgrade builds so actual forts are reliable, the right click punch from outlanders could be a cool attack, and an edit for every combo or at least edits for sliding would be cool
2. I think they need to make mods loot but if they keep the benches they need to add one to every poi and add more options and maybe mod types, i would love to see an exotic type with incendiary rounds, emp rounds, explosive rounds tracker rounds, overload mag, extra hitscan range of theres still projectiles, all kinds of silly stuff but you can only have 1 on a gun and they cost more
As in that scenario crowding around the knocked player to revive them fast is risky as if they die a grenade hits them all.
old movement needs too come back but also the cartoony feeling needss to come back because the realsistic graphics dont feel like fortnite
They should have merged augments and mods into 1 feature
Maybe a barrel for snipers that gave you siphon like the sniper siphon augment or a clip that gave you anti gravity like the augment that gave you low gravity when sprint jumping
Still sainting for them to bring back steamy stacks but it’s built into 2 mountain tops. It’s the perfect idea and would be awsome.
Tbh i think they should at least let you switch the weapon attachments of the guns you have in your inventory, like for example you want an extended mag on your gatekeeper shotgun (not shure why anybody would want that) and you have an ar with an extended magazine in your inventory, and then you could just take it off and put it on another weapon anywhere you want.
not sure why anyone would want that 😭
I don't even necessarily want Old POIs coming back.
But, I suppose the return of upgrade benches would also be nice, assuming they're cheaper, cause 500 to fully upgrade a weapon is criminal and ridiculous.
sand tunneling isnt comming back. Epic removed it for half the season because it was too glitchy
@@Jamer77 I’m well aware, I just wish they’d fix it and reimplement it where possible
@@Jamer77 yes
I want the cool battle pass rooms like when in chapter 2 season 1-4 i thought it was creative that you could go back into Deadpool’s room and interact with it
they should bring back cache's, but not the ch5 version, the ch4 version with 3 rarities and make legendary/epic longer
i miss trucks and regular 4 seater cars.especially taxis!
augments are great but they were way too unbalanced back in chapter 4 if they come back they need to be fixed like one augment would be "the first bullet of your ar does 1 extra damage" and the other is "you instantly get gifted a mythic spaz and you also now have 5000 health"
fr the mythic tac one was so wierd
Honestly, just no more weapon mods and mod benches. It felt like it was pointless and underbaked, an attempt to diversify loot pools that ultimately just muddied every single one instead and made weapons at their base feel straight up terrible.
1. HITSCAN 2. Fortnite cartoony graphics (we don’t need realistic graphics in Fortnite) 3. Remove weapon Attachments and medallions 4. More LTMs 5. Fix Locker overall ui

Tilted Towers? Nah, we got Slanted Spires.
11:26 I was NOT expecting Klarque to reveal himself as a fellow Faulty Splits enjoyer
i wish the npc ghosts wouldn't... die? like they used to it was great for long story quest missions in the storm
a ghost dying is crazy😅
they CANNOT make augments like that, us comp players would hate that, simply clicking 7 is better than opening 1 UI and then clicking another button
All I want is the C2S1-4 Upgrade Benches back, at least for Reload if they keep that into Chapter 6
I think that fencing fields, hazy hillside and pleasant piazza have that original Fortnite feel. But of course they removed all of those🙏
yeah i dont get why they needed to get rid of these spots when chapters only last a year, so it's not like things would get that stale. My fav spots in a while were slappy shores and hazy just cause they looked like normal, real-life places
It's freaky fields now 😭 💀
Klarque, you’ve outdone it again.
When updating the map, they need to change every part of it. Not only 1 corner like in season 4 with latveria
we also need a setting where you can turn on old movent or new movent since some people dont like the new one'
This is probably an underrated opinion; I really think they should bring back crafting though. I absolutely loved being able to craft and sidegrade my stuff, I thought it was a good way to help spice up the game.
😂😂😂😂
4:42 loved the season 1 augments even in ranked
In my humble opinion: BURN THE WEAPON ATTACHMENTS. They are at best the reason someone chooses one gun over another, and at worse a lazy way to nerf boss weapons
It's rumored to be Classic Japanese themed so what if tilted 3 (I think lazy lake was tilted 2) will be like Jinjitsu crossing like a bunch of big temple and old style houses.
Either way fortnite's team is almost done with the whole recalibration of doing everything with a smaller team and will deliver better from now on I'm pretty damn sure of it.
During season 1, chapter 5 we have teenage mutant ninja turtle supply drops but after that the have not done anything like that with supply drops.

I think that a good way to make attachments better would be to make attachments drop out of chests and be able to put them on without a mod bench.
they need to bring the one season pois back, EX: Ritzy Rivera, Faulty Splits, ETC....
