Phenomenal builder! Have seen their work first hand, watched a project from start to finish these guys did for a good friend of mine. She literally waited over 18 years to get to built her dream. No, unfortunately we do not sell our plans or post them online. Since we are custom builders, we work with each client to craft a plan for the building project they have in mind.... are you looking for a builder?

minimalist?
Not exactly a timber frame.
labeling this 3,000 sq ft home as "minimalist" is rather insulting to anyone making less than 100k$/year and actually looking at building on any budget.. ha. im a master carpenter, i couldn't afford to mortgage the materials alone. nice home, great work, but NOT minimalist!!
Minimalist is a style so it can be applied to any size project.
