Conditioning is more so about heart rate. Aerobic endurance, anaerobic lactic and anaerobic alactic output. Basically how long you can put out before you get tired. The resistance part of it is strength.
Thanks dude, gunna start doing this every day along with working on my flexibility every day, hopefully I won’t pull any more muscles and feel sore so much. It should help. I also will include jump rope because it’s very good for you and I enjoy the exercise.
How many sets should i do per exercise?

How often should you condition and should you condition and trick the same day?
It is individual. the best advise I can give is listen to your body. If you are sore, then stretch. If you feel good, then warm up and session. Conditioning is something I like to build into my daily routine but everyone is different. Listen to your body and you cant go wrong.
