How often should these workouts be done?Is everyday alright or rest days included?Its really hard to balance between workouts and tricking drillings.Should i do Drilling itself as a workout or more workout than drilling given a limited time?
For exercise like Lemon Squeezer and the variations, should I do it fast and explosive, or slow and control?

My hips pop every time I try to do any of the lemon squeezers, do you why this could be?
Maybe your doing it too fast, do it slow and slowly increase your speed
It’s a ligament grinding over your bone , I got it from gymnastics I’m now 28 and have had it ever since . Tried physio and everything
