The team is not the best talent available in Pakistan. Additionally they have not been challenged by the best teams of other nations, so the skill is not upto the required level. Worse is that complacency has set in by defeating teams of poor quality. It is frightening when they want to choose venues to compete which clearly indicates the lack of confidence in their abilities.
